I traveled with my daughter and her 2 little children (ages 6 & 4)! I did not like the fact that the first thing I had to do (on my vacation) when we arrived, was clean the filthy dirty sink, the refrigerator, wipe down all the counter spaces (kitchen and bathroom) and table tops! PRETTY MUCH CLEAN UP THE WHOLE ROOM!!! I let the concierge know about the room right away, and informed them the following morning That the kitchen sink was dirty because it was clogged and therefore draining very slowly!….and the mess was from the water sitting in there and then finally draining!!! Also, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. And the AC worked on and off the whole week we were there!!! They promised to have the maintenance guy come in that day (Friday), and fix the sink. Unfortunately, none of the issues were resolved the whole week we were there. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

There were roaches in the rooms. My first room didn’t have hot water (the second one did).

Location was great for my needs (near hospital/surgery center). The outside of the property was clean and free of debris. No homeless people in area. Near fast food, gas, a restaurant, and Starbucks.

Customer service was nonexistent staff did not tell us about breakfast or offer supplies for the room upon check in, and the woman at the front desk the next morning didn’t acknowledge anyone as they came down for breakfast

The shower broke on Friday evening and was't fixed. Understood that it was weekend but not fixed on Monday so 4 days without shower. So decision was made to leave day earlier.

Not extensive, so we ate at other places. Or in the room with toast and PBJ. Or at Son's home. Liked it had kitchenette, able to borrow things to cook with.

It was more like an apartment building then a hotel. People left allot of stuff in the hall. Also there was no turn down service, breakfast was granola bars, and no maid service so we had to take out own trash to the stinky sticky trash room. I wish it had a pool at least for the kiddos.

Staff, staff can be more attentive, any question that I would ask it came with an attitude, the hotel itselt i would recommend but the staff needs a customer sevice training cause whatever that is it aint it.. I felt like i couldnt even ask for toilet paper or anything so its a no for me to recommend just because of the staff .

When I checked in the front desk agent stood behind office door for like 15 min before coming out and pretending like she did not hear me at the desk. She seemed annoyed then ran the booking virtual card which declined and instead of calling booking she charged me so I was double charged for the stay.

My tv in one of my rooms broke the second day 7/10… so I was without a tv the entire day & night and no one was available to fix, nor bring me another. No compensation no nothing but I’m so sorry. I was disappointed especially after I spent a pretty price for 2 rooms 2 nights. And it was My 7yo daughters slumber party … imagine restless littles in the evening. Not happy 😩

We have stayed here before while visiting family and the hotel was good value, clean and rooms were well maintained. Now, I'm not sure what has happened but the hotel felt trashy. The room was dirty, smelled of smoke, and was not well maintained. Smoke also filled the hallways. Probably won't stay here again
