It is possible to hear the noise from the neighbors AC units. A little bit of perfume smell.

I liked the location and the clean room.

- I called the number that booking.com has provided to call the Hotel, I could not get through to the number. The next morning, I had a voice mail with very colorful language from that phone number. So I got an email saying I could call directly to the hotel, no one answered. I was on a 9 hours road trip to the hotel and I just wanted to make sure I was confirmed, never got a hold of the hotel. I tried checking out same thing no one answered either of the phone numbers provided, all the doors were locked. Eventually someone came out from their breakroom and was able to my room's keys, they should have a drop off hotel keys in they're not going to have the staff present.

I had a dirty bottom sheet, although they did change it, there was no door handle on the inside of the bathroom door, other rooms smelled of old smoke

What I did NOT like: >Swimming pool was not available as advertised. >Lighting in bathroom /vanity was terrible for trying to put on makeup etc. Burned out bulb not replaced. >Very poor ADA access to walkways outside: Curbs in the area by the room had few, if any, ramp structures for wheeled devices like walkers or wheelchairs.

The clogged drain in the only sink. And the fact that it required switching rooms instead of repairing it. even after the 5 hr. Wait. The room change was good to get back onto the 1st floor. Since it has no elevator. It was was quite a workout, having to haul all of our luggage up the stairs, only to have to repack & haul it down a floor and around to a differant room. Where we unpacked again& got settled in for the night and will pack it up again in the morning to check out. Isn't travelling fun.

There was plastic garbage bags covering the smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors. So it makes you wonder when the last time the room was actually looked at and cleaned. I had checked in and immediately asked to change rooms after I got to my original room where there were a few guys out front smoking pot and with the gap in the door, it caused the room to smell like pot. This seems to be long term housing for some people. The new room had the the plastic bags covering the alarms and a hole in the ceiling where it was cut to wide for the lighting. Additionally, you wake up in the middle of the night to loud music and the smell of pot coming through your door. Had tried to call the front and no one answers.

unsafe feeling of property and location. campers parked in the lot as residence. pot smell everywhere. party happening on site taking up parking. loud activity at all hours. drain flies at the sink. no towels. missing painting. breakfast was lacking, no proteins, no butter for all the carbs.

The grounds were not maintained and the hotel was in a weird isolated location with what looked to be homeless people hanging out.

Room smelled like cigarettes, bed was hard, blue wall color was not comforting, no room cleaning service or coffee, soap, replenishing was done, noisy neighbors in the middle of the night, microwave clock light was annoying.

Location was fine, it was nice to park outside the room, food and gas around the corner.

The amount of time it took to check in was awful. It took approx 40 min. Management scheduled a trainee to check guests in (Saturday afternoon around 4:00p.m. and she was not fully trained to process our payment. We booked a room for three and were given towels for two. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but had a trace of cigarette smoke and chemical cleaner was used to mask the scent. I wish travelers would honor the non-smoking policies.

The location and proximity to the main hwy was great. Having Breakfast was as expected and helpful as we had a long day's drive ahead of us and precluded us from having to find a restaurant.

I would not recommend staying here with you family. We heard fighting and there was some suspicious activity around. people smoking and drinking outside their doors a lot. you get what you pay for.

there was a few people staying there that were very creepy & made us uncomfortable including some of the staff. there was no towels in our room or extra toilet paper when we got in there & at all hours of the night people would be yelling, running up and down the hall.

Breakfast was practically non existent, contrary to what promised. The stuff in the morning (young lady) was absent during the breakfast time and then quite rude when we asked about breakfast logistics.

The clerk who checked us in (young male) was very friendly and helpful
