Room next door to us had a dog barking.... Air conditioner heater had a really bad awful smell coming from it

The property needs to be updated . Carpets were beyond stained . Ice machine was broken the entire weekend. Weeds were growing along side of building that housed the pool .

The shower sucked it was stuck on massage mode everything else wouldn't work and when the air conditioner was on it smelled like it was molded or something and they put me in a handicap room for the toilet was all screwed up I didn't want to swim because it looked like there was some type of dirty film across the inside pool so I just didn't bother so no I really wasn't very happy with my stay there this time

Carpets in hallways didn't look like it had been vacuumed in over a month. Door in bathroom won't open and shut because floor is too high.

Facility was being paved. Multiple work trucks and personnel staying there. Didn't take away from my stay though.

The staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Especially at check-in. I also found it odd that cereal was offered at breakfast but no milk was available, not even for purchase.

The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice. It was conveniently located for our stay.

The breakfast could be better. I wish there had been some apples and bananas to eat in addition to some eggs. There was only biscuits and gravy, waffles, and yogurt when I went down there. Also, the bathroom was small but still functional and I thought the pillows were really hard.

I was a little worried based off of the other reviews but they are in the process of remodeling the hotel so they are working to make improvements. My room was updated and I had no issues with heating or hot water as others had stated.

We had no hot water for our stay, none, which I don't think the facility was aware of until I complained and they did give us a discount which was very nice of them. Overall though it made the stay unpleasant. I should have brought it to their attention sooner, I had just thought it was a fluke the first day. Also would have liked to have known ahead of time the hot tub wasn't working. It was the main reason we had picked this hotel over others. I should have called ahead. There were many fans going in the pool area, I'm sure there was a reason for this, but it made the whole room extremely cold. My kids enjoyed the pool but it was too cold for me to take a 2nd dip on day 2. I'm not one to complain but the staff was very receptive and responsive and kind to my complaints which was greatly appreciated.

The location was great! There was putt putt right across the street, quiet location with many fast food options. I liked the waffles for breakfast however the gravy for biscuits and gravy tasted funny to me but was edible, may have just been my personal taste. My kids loved the apple juice machine. Good selection of food. Good selection of channels on the tv.

Very outdated, but we expected that based off of the price. The height of the ceiling in the shower was very low, my husband had to bend over to shower. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work the best. We had to keep the curtains closed because people would be standing outside smoking or walking by next to our room. There was a vending machine right outside of our door and we could hear people shaking it to get food all night.

The price was half the amount of Holiday Inn. When staying more than one night this was important. When we arrived there was a gentleman deep cleaning and sanitizing chairs and flooring.

The 2nd night some one talking in the hallway til 2:00 when I called the front desk to complain. Someone needs to walk the hallways routinely to check on transients now days. People now days are just disrespectful.

The breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable. And the climate was also good. We choice Baymont because of having the indoor/outdoor pool options.
