Toilet did not flush. Mattress was uncomfortable. Air conditioner had to be turned way down to even cool the room. Random banging noises in the room but did not sound like neighbors, more like appliances.

Loud. There was an employee break room or lounge or something adjacent to my room, or above my room. Could here chairs scouting back and forth. Voice chattering. Constantly Also there were Undercover police hanging about the entrance. At first glance they looked like white motorcycle club members or extras on a TV show set...... but then you notice there watching eyes and the way they talked to each other

The Elevator and the second floor hallway had a very strong smell of weed both days we were there. The door to our room had to be slammed to shut completely. A friend asked for a handicapped room and was told that her room could accomidate a wheel chair. Not the point. She needed a handicapped bathroom. Didnt get it. The carpets in both rooms are stained and filthy. Hallways were filthy also.

The staff were courteous however the cleanliness of the property was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The hallways looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in some time and the room’s carpet had horrible multiple stains all over. The appliances were noisy and some were rusty and falling apart. The furniture was all in bad shape and falling apart. The desk chair had a large portion ripped out and was broken. The towels were stained and discolored. The beds were ok but they had an odd smell to them and the whole room was stuffy and unclean feeling and smelling. The parking lot was unkept with broken-down vehicles parked that have obviously not moved in some time. It was not a comfortable stay. The owners of this property clearly are cutting corners and not caring about the condition of this property.

The location is a safe area and near many shops and roads/highways.

Poor (hostile) attitude from staff. Refusal to supply rooms together (even though they could have) No crib available despite booking one. Dirty, very dirty. Corridors had not been cleaned or hoovered. Everywhere smelt of weed. Roaches all over the rooms. Burn marks in sheets. In very poor repair.

I didn’t like how rude the lady @ the front desk was & how long it took for us to even speak to someone!! & also we booked & reserved our room & paid & when we got there the lady said that booking overbooked them & they didn’t have anything!! If we reserved the room & paid for it, why would we have no room when we arrived @ 2/3 am after driving all night?? It took us over an hour to find another room!!!

Room was big-infested. Cockroach on bed when I pulled back sheet. Bugs in the shower. Smoke/smell in hall. Barking dog. Left after the first night. Took pictures— desk clerk did not want to see them. Told me to contact booking.com. Absolutely horrible experience.

Where do I start....one staff member was very nice and helpful-great customer service, one was helpful, but the Assistant Manager-NICOLE DIXON was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Her solution to EVERYTHING was "I CAN JUST CHECK YOU OUT!" She then accused us of lying and not informing them that we had a dog because we were not charged the daily pet fee! When I went to the front desk to deal with the situation she said she didn't know we had a pet and that she could show me my previous reservations (we had to been there for about 2.5 weeks) but when we were shown the transactions it proved we had been paying the pet fee but that current reservation we were charged

Everything could have been better the room didn’t look like the website the hotel and rooms where bad I’ll never stay there again they changed me a $ 100 for for nothing none of the staff knew about my money the General Manager was supposed to come to the hotel to give me my money back he never came it was a problem getting my money back the lady at the front desk end up calling him again for my money and he gives her the code to the safe to give to me cause he wasn’t coming to the hotel I was leaving to travel back home at 4:00am but couldn’t leave with out my money and he knew hat time we where leaving and still didn’t come so I didn’t leave till 10:30 am over all he could have just gave her the code to the safe when she first called him the day before so with that being said this was a very horrible stay the staff was great but they need to make sure everyone knows what’s going on at the hotel each shift

Everything. They scam people. Beware!! The motel is in a nice area but the motel is a dump. Broken elevator, a pouch of oatmeal for breakfast, they expect you to bring down your own towels in order to get new ones. It's stinks in the halls and rooms are filthy. The staff is rude and has no manors. If you like the hood this is your place!!!

They had a kitchenette but no refrigerator also a table with no chairs And i only saw 1 luggage carrier it was been used I bought everything to the room on Wednesday because i had a 1 and a half year old with me on Thursday- Saturday So my stay was not extended😥
