My room was not properly cleaned there was dead bugs behind my bed the floor was not vacuumed there was hair from the previous person in the room there was cracking and molding in my bathtub and shower therefore I did not use it because it was not safe and there was loads of dust coming from the vents they really need to be changed out this is a halth risk

The carpet and furniture was dated. No one was at front desk duringI checked out.

Location was easily accessible to major freeways. It was very quiet,a nice surprise. King size bed was great and my request for a second floor room approved. The room was a good size for the two of us.

Our plug in our bathroom sink was jammed but they were quick at getting on to fixing it which was great

Very difficult to get anywhere without an Uber/car but this applies to the whole area. The heating very noisy.

I really don't have much that I didn't like. The Breakfast could have had a few more items... but free is free, so you get waffles to make and some other stuff too. My only recommendations for the management is to fix the fan in the bathroom, it was loud and sounded like it was going to wake the dead.

The staff was friendly, the WiFi was free and easy to hook up too. The Bed was comfortable, the room actually very large and the location for going to an event at the convention center ideal. Easy to get to from the SJ Airport and adjacent to the 237 Hwy.

We arrived around 2:10 pm and was told if we wanted to check in early (prior to 3 pm) it would be $15. I have never heard of this before. Every hotel I've stayed at will check you in when the room if ready. Anyway, the front person at the desk said we could check us in at 2:30 without charge. So we sat in the front until 2:30 rolled around and checked in without charge.

The bathroom floor was a little dirty in one area.

My brother was with me and they charged me extra for him on top of the nearly $300 dollars I paid. The morning of check out housekeeping knocked on our door HOURS BEFORE CHECKOUT and she was asking us to check out and was holding a clipboard. After she left we started getting ready to get out.

Cons TV in my room didn't work. There's also not much in the surrounding area if you're there for a conference and don't have a car. Also, looking at the prices it seems like the prices were significantly jacked up (2x) specifically for the conference dates.

Stayed here for a nearby conference. It's not terribly far from the Convention Centre but sits slightly awkwardly between two train stops. Room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is next to a small strip mall. Pros - Room was fairly large and quiet, and included both a microwave and an actual mini fridge. I had a view of the pool which looked nice and well-maintained although I didn't have the chance to use it. Breakfast was also included but I didnt try it.

the bed was as hard as if I were sleeping on the floor. Made me miss my own and made it hard to fall asleep.

i liked that it had waffles for breakfast and the room was a good size it was clean and semi updated. There were no protein sources but it did have fruit cereal yogurt and juice. Not too far from great America. I like that it had cable. I liked that it had a gym and pool but did not use it.

asking us to pay $50 to park there (per room!) at 11:00 (an early check in fee) was really lame and clearly gouging 49er ticket holders. drop that policy. we’re parking there any way and we had paid for 2 rooms. only bad spot of the whole trip

There was no water in the room, but there is a coffee machine :) You need to purchase water from the reception. Breakfast could be better, very limited options.

I like all day long hot water service in the reception, since I like to drink hot tea. Hotel location was not bad for a ride-share to convention center.

I wish there were more protein breakfast options such as eggs or sausage.

The staff was really nice and helpful and it was quiet and peaceful there. The location is great.
