The room was very cold and when I tried the heat to warm it up it smelled awful like the heater was on fire. Heater just needed to be cleaned.

We came from Ricketts Glen and it was about an hour drive but we really stayed to go to Knoebels the next day and it was about 25 mins so not too bad for location. The breakfast was really good, nice selection and plenty of it. The pool was great! And the manager offered a late check out which was amazing! And at no additional cost. The room itself was very clean and much bigger than I expected. We got 2 queen beds but there was also a pullout couch which I didn’t realize so plenty of room.

Fitness center had no weights. We were told no housekeeping and to come to desk for towels/toiletries but there were no towels when we needed them for the second night. Beds were no very comfortable

The staff was extremely helpful, we were able to do laundry there on site. It was pretty quiet for how busy it was. Very convenient as it sits in a shopping center and having kids with you, you tend to forget atleast one thing.

Indoor heated pool (which is what they put on website) is cold. I can assure you its not between 77-82 degrees and that’s a problem because it’s misleading. My kids lips were blue after swimming. They still swam because they like to swim but they only lasted 30 mins. They usually can swim for hours.

Though the breakfast was simple (pre-processed eggs, sausage, etc.), it was really quite good, and the staff went out of their way to please the breakfast customers. Really, all the staff we met were the same--friendly and helpful. Thank you, Comfort Inn!

It appeared that the bathroom was not cleaned 100%, the floor was sticky & dirty. There was an odd smell throughout as well, elevator was down on our first night-but these things are not dealbreakers as most staff was friendly & we were happy to be there too. The one young lady at the desk comoletely ignored me at check in & jumped to assist a man who walked up to the desk many minutes after me. Perhaps it's her maturity level, but that's an issue. All other staff were pleasant.

Lovely view, good spot with a Walmart & other stores right there, nearby to Knoebels. Breakfast has a lot of options, great size room.

I know since COVID (our first time traveling) there would be changes but I was not happy with how they care for the rooms. We were there for 4 days 3 nights. We had two rooms one room needed more attention then it received before we got there. They fixed it but it should not happen. It should be all ready when you check in.

We’ve been staying here for years. It’s like coming home.

refrigerator in room was not emptied from previous guest. didn’t need the refrigerator so there was no inconvenience to us. was the room even cleaned to arrival not sure but looking on the idea the refrigerators contents were overlooked because of staffing shortages possibly?

I didn't like that the wall were very thin between me and my neighbor. I could here their entire conversation. This disturbed my sleep.

I really enjoy that the location was convient to access from the highway. The staff was amazing, and the cookies at the front desk were wonderful. My room was clean and I could tell it was santanized. I especially loved that the spacious bathroom. The cost of my room was budget friendly.
