The exterior of the facility is in desperate need of a facelift however our room appeared to have been remodeled and was very nice. The 308 restaurant on site was exceptional with good dining options. The hotel staff was very friendly

The floor was dirty, had a piece of cereal under the desk, and the bathroom floor had hair and dirt behind the door. The toilet wasn't clean either. The free breakfast was terrible, I realized it wasn't gourmet, but it needs to be edible. The tub didn't drain, so you stood in water while showering. There were so many flies in the room.

It was a good price for what we needed.

Bedspread was dirty No elevator, Door to room had to be forcefully closed or it didnt close, The phone in the room had no cord on it to be able to use it if you needed help with something, the sheets were stained, outside area of hotel trashy, room smelled soured and musty.

Sheets had brown stains when turning down our bed. Not just my room but all 3 rooms my family stayed in. The bed was not comfortable compared to other hotels in the same price range. I only had one wash cloth for 2 adults staying. My TV picture and sound cut out every 3-5 seconds. The staff at the desk were polite, but the kitchen staff member at breakfast was on a video call with a woman who was just watching everyone getting food. It appeared to be a social call. He was speaking very loudly in a foreign language, and it was quite unprofessional and uncomfortable to eat while this was going on right next to the service bar. The biscuits for biscuits and gravy were cold.

Location right next to i80, fuel and food. Walmart is only a few blocks away.

The hotel was listed as being pet friendly, we told them ahead of time that we had two cats, I received a notification afterward that my requests were accepted. After driving 10 hours to reach the property we were told that they only accept dogs and we were not allowed to stay at the hotel. The desk clerk claimed they never received notice about the cats and was not at all apologetic. We ended up staying at a different hotel and had much better service there.

The staff are rude, especially the check in staff. They said we'd have rooms next to each other, but when we returned hours later to check in, the different shifts obviously don't communicate, and our rooms were separated. The staff overall seemed very short on patience. Part of their facility had apparently flooded and smelled terrible. They had a large fan trying to ventilate the area.

Breakfast was good, there's a fair variety to choose from (pancakes, sausage, eggs, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, pastry), and it's always nice to have a hot breakfast. The breakfast staff try to be pleasant but seem kind of grumpy.

I reserved a room on the upper floor but was told on arrival that there wasn't one available. Then I was given a room with no hot water, so cold shower. I complained on check out and should have gotten a discount for the trouble. Will not stay there again.

Our room had some issues. Bathroom had no fan and it was very cramped. There was a big stain or wet spot on the rug that made me uncomfortable. Toilet plugged up. The fridge didn't have most of the shelves, so couldn't use a good portion of it. In the morning, the kitchen couldn't keep up with the food. We ended up having a piece of toast. Yogurt, milk, hot food, was all out!

Beautiful view of sky at night. Saw some migrating pelicans. The courtyard and pool looked inviting. I liked how close we got to park to our room. We were hauling our own food, so was convenient. It was pretty quiet

The security. The door to get into the building was never locked when I used it. One night it was well after 11:00 pm and the door was still unlocked.

Had to switch rooms because there was a huge mouse in our room. Couldn't speak to a manager until check out day. She said it wasn't their fault. We should be getting a refund which probably won't happen.
