Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWhen we first arrived, The bathroom inside the room had body hair on the floor, pee stains on the toilet, dirt in the shower and a rust removing bottle of cleaner on the sink that my child got ahold of (it was open). Both stairwells smelled very strong of weed. Lots of homeless people around the building. Management didn't seem too concerned with our dissatisfaction of the room. Stated that we were getting a big discount from booking online so we were only comped 10% off for our stay. Had a room that had a couch that folds to a bed (was going to use for my child). No sheets or pillows were left to use. Huge white substance was caked on one of the couch cushions. Ended up not using this. Had paid extra just for the extra sleeping space. Was going to go to another hotel but it was a holiday weekend and all hotels were booked in the area. We was traveling from out of state.
Beds were clean and comfy. There are a ton of places close by that have great ratings to eat. Highly recommend eating at "The Bearded Pig."
