Dirty lobby and no breakfast except for coffee.

Hallways had outdated carpet. The remote on the TV in the living room had buttons that didn't work, preventing me from pressing OK to pull up apps, tv guide, etc. The bathroom amenities were subpar. I suppose if I was going to live there for an extended stay, I would supply my own, but for one night, I've seen far better at higher level star hotels for the same rate or less. Overall, the room was dingy. The kitchen table was dirty. The paint on the walls seemed drab, same as the curtains. The AC unit in the bedroom did not function properly (I could not lower AC below 74 or change fan speed). The location was seedy at best with what can only be described as "crack heads" wandering around on their phones, smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. I honestly did not feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot over night considering I am currently holding most of my wardrobe and valuables in it. Although the receptionist was adequate and new exactly how to retrieve my reservation and check me in, he lacked personality and professional etiquette (casually tossing my ID on the table instead of handing it back to me, zero eye contact or warm welcome, did not mention wifi until I inquired or mention when breakfast began and ended). Lastly, the free wifi was hardly usable.

Great price for a suite. Bed was clean and there were 2 smart tvs available. Kitchen seemd decent for a temporary stay. Keep in mind I was only there for one evening. The rooms were spacious and the property was quiet at night.

This room was not very clean or fit for guests. Unfortunately they had nothing else to give us so they did arrange a discount. I cannot speak to other rooms but we had to ask for toilet paper, there were no bulbs in the lamps and the room was not what was advertised!

The carpet was dirty and the towels were not clean at all. They looked as if they been used by someone else. I was grossed out that I almost used them.

Room was dirty behind all furnishings and under the bed. Bathroom had noticeable repairs done poorly and already failing. Cleaning staff entered my room 3 times without notification. They do not have covered tables and grills where pool used to be. The area is closed off. Breakfast is never put out at same time and items held back. Was told I could go to 7-11 and purchase if I didn’t like it

Lots of bugs and ROACHES!! In less than 15 mins, I killed more than 5 roaches and saw others but couldn’t kill them in time. The grab and go breakfast is the WORST I’ve ever seen (I stay at hotels for work frequently).

The hotel is very dated. It needs a major upgrade. Appliances are super outdated & rusting. Bathroom door had to be lifted a certain way to close. The room didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all. The sinks were dirty. And it took 30+ minutes of calling the front desk & waiting for a staff member to come the front to check us in.

The set up was cool with the little living room area & bedroom area.

The room was infested with bugs, mainly centipedes and silverfish. And I mean infested. There was an entire colony of them in the bathroom. I immediately asked about changing the room but was told that there was nothing they could do...and that the bugs weren't harmful! I stayed because I didn't feel safe to press the issue and I needed to get some rest. But I wouldn't stay at this place ever again. Meanwhile, my dad stayed in another Extended Stay America location had a nice room and the hotel was much cleaner. Yuck.

There was no coffee. No coffee maker in the room or in the lobby. The pull out mattress was icky. I felt stuff crawling on me, but I didn't see any bugs. The carpet in the hallways was stinky and the room did not smell pleasant. The staff was very friendly.

This hotel was picked because the online ad said there was pool access. I had exams for school that I had to take, so the consolation prize to my kids was that they could go swimming while they wait for me to finish my schoolwork. Turns out the pool, that I had an amazing view of from my room, was permanently closed, contrary to the ad online. Another disappointment is that I had to go to CVS and buy my own toilet paper because the hotel was out of stock and "couldn't help me". Another disappointment was the disgusting unclean room that we got. My children had to clean their own room before they were able to unpack. When they opened the pull out couch to sleep, they found dirty clothes and bedding, dog toys and all kinds of trash. When I asked the front desk to help out, they said they would have someone come up to clean. When we returned that evening, it was not cleaned. I called the front desk again and was told that I would just have to deal with it until morning because there wasn't anyone around to help me.

Staff Son (Shawn) was excellent! They listened to everything I said and gave me all the information I needed. They were honest and forthcoming about the downfalls of the facility

There need to be more lights in the room. I think a lamp is not working. Also, the shower curtain is about 8 inches too short. Water got all over the floor. This is a silly problem and easy to fix. The "breakfast" was just granola bars and instant oatmeal.

The bed was comfortable. I liked that there was an A/C unit in the other room so we didn't have to run the one right next to the bed. There was a nice walk to a wonderful pop-up coffee place and taqueria. Food and drink were excellent!
