Dirty dirty dirty. Gave our lower level rooms away despite the reservation being confirmed. Had my 80 year old parents with me and they were forced to use the steps as there is no elevator. Bathroom door stuck so loud that it woke anyone sleeping. Ice machine was moldy. No hot food for breakfast. Juice and water machine was broken. Trash in front of the building was full. This was by the main door to enter the hotel.

Not much. Front desk clerk was friendly and apologetic on the condition of the property.

There was no elevator. Desk staff accommodated us by moving my 87 year old Dad on oxygen to 1st floor but we had to schlep all our stuff upstairs. Ice machine was broken. Leftover shampoo bottles in our shower. Floor in the room was dirty with crumbs etc. The worst part was all the long dog hairs all over our room. I am very allergic to dogs. Coughed and wheezed all night. Woke up very congested, sneezing and wheezing.

Location. Close to north entrance of Yellowstone. Desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Bed was super comfy.

The pool and hot tub were open until 11:00 which was great after a long day of travel. The room had been recently renovated and the beds were very comfortable.

The hot tub water was cloudy so we didn’t use it. The pool looked clean.

The room was lovely. We needed a place to sleep for the evening and this was more than acceptable. The sink is outside the toilet/shower room so we could both get ready at the same time. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was lacking. The lady at the front desk claimed no responsibility for that. No apology from her. The second morning we were there when we went to breakfast at least an hour before it ended, there was virtually nothing left.The lobby and front of the hotel needed cleaning up.

The “manager” was exceptionally rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, and had a bad attitude simply because I asked for a hair dryer because the one in my room wasn’t working. One of the nastiest people I have ever met. She should be fired. Extremely upsetting experience and completely unnecessary.

cleaning, sweeping, washing windows, carpets need cleaning, had a odor of old, breakfast was the same and usually not warm enough. served leftovers, the only thing worth eating was the waffle. Fighting one employee against another, one employee was outside smoking a lot, looked sloppy all the time. I will never stay again.

Too much noise and very loud at night people were laughing and talking loud until early morning hours so we couldn’t sleep! Our request was a quiet room so that wasn’t fulfilled it kept scaring our puppy. Other dogs kept barking and you could hear them loud! The grass area for pet relief wasn’t mowed which was disappointing! We didn’t really get to fall asleep there!
