I don’t like the little refrigerators that they have they’re just small and don’t keep things very cold, but it’s not the hotels fault. It’s like that at all motels.

it was available to book with the Iowa State High School Girls swim meet in town. staff was responsive and polite. I was able to bring my dog, and they booked us in a room near a building exit.

Carpet was filthy. My feet left black marks in the bathtub during my shower. Not enough coffee during breakfast. Staff blocking the food trays and wouldn't move.

It was great...nothing to change. If a large remodel is in the future, I would definitely consider adding a hot tub for the "old" bones to rest and warm up. Our stay was great.

We weren't looking for an extravagant stay, just someplace to sleep and relax while in town for two days. I was disappointed when my preferred hotel was full, so I looked at this one. It had a pool for the kids and was a very decent rate. I will admit the rate seemed a bit low, and I feared we were staying in a dive hotel. I'm all about saving money, so I gave it a shot based on reviews and photos. I'm glad we stayed here - our friends overpaid and stayed at a crowded hotel nearby, and complained that the pool was so busy they didn't have fun. This hotel was remodeled with up to date decor, and was very warm and inviting. The front desk clerk was sweet and I felt welcome from the get-go. Our check-in was smooth and parking was close to the door! My kids love the rolling luggage carts and it made coming/going with multiple bags so much easier. While there wasn't a hot tub for mom, I did enjoy the warm temperature of the pool. So often they are freezing cold, but this one was honestly warm. I was completely surprised that my kids had the pool to themselves both nights. Our room was clean, and the breakfast was very good! All in all, I was extremely pleased with our stay considering the low rate we paid! I would definitely stay here again.

The door to the bathroom was out of adjustment and didn't close all the way. I don't recall having an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I wish there were more outlets like on or near the bed lights for things like phone chargers. I enjoyed the complimentary to-go breakfast sack, but I was disappointed that both mornings the air-pot that held coffee was empty. Seems like a lot of places have trash receptacles at the entrance that are overflowing, as well as the wastebaskets in the breakfast area. This one is included in that statistic.

The shower is excellent, the beds are comfortable, the pillows very soft. The room is nicely appointed and easy to move around in, the television is nice.

The shower was the worst, it had no pressure at all and at times seemed like I was using an outdoor style trickle shower. My keys were deactivated daily which was an inconvenience and one staff member found that the keys were not set for the entire trip but for single day activations. To be honest I do not think I am going to stay there again.

The price was good and there is a small indoor pool. The location is prefect as there are plenty of places to dine at within walking distance.

We were put in a room that smelled like someone had smoked in it. I thought it was all non-smoking but I guess not. The same food was served at breakfast each day. Maybe bacon instead of sausage, some different cereals.

Bed was bad , it also had a big piece of wood missing from headboard , breakfast was served at 6:30, arrived at 6:45. What little food was left was cold no heat source. Ran out of food. Fridge in room did not work, 2nd fridge did not keep anything cold , lost a bunch of food we had in it.

The housekeepers came in to make our bed. They also turned on our heat to 74 degrees. My wife and I have 2 children and our house isn't set that high. And that was just a room so we fought both kids to go to sleep both nights because the housekeepers think they have to have it 70-80 degrees in the room. Unless they get new housekeepers my wife and I will not be staying there anymore

That it was close to some restaurants. The front desk employees were friendly!
