We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesUnfortunately, I was given a room where the semi-trucks with their noisy air-brakes were exiting the interstate. I requested upper floor room specifically to avoid excessive noise. The staff did their best to accommodate to another room after first night. I appreciated that. But I probably wouldn’t stay at a hotel so close to interstate again.

United StatesOne of the two queen beds squeeked when I moved. May need mattress replacement. Informed front desk of issue on departure. Hot tub was not working and has not for some time. We visited hotel in May and it wasn't working then either.
Pool temp was perfect.. Friendly helpful staff. Room and facilities were very clean.

United StatesIt was perfect for a pet friendly stay. Our room was on the first floor right by the exit door and there was no carpet in the room. The front desk staff were so friendly and were clearly dog lovers. We appreciated that the room had a microwave and a mini fridge as well as plenty of space.

United StatesThe maid never cleaned our room. We had to go get our own coffee and cups every evening. Floors were sticky and dirty when we checked in. It was very muddy outside so mud would get tracked in, the maid wouldn’t mop our floors.
