The hotel was a little bit outdated. It could use a refreshing. The pool could use some maintenance, the paint was peeling off of it and there were a lot of cracked bricks around the edge.

The hotel was clean and affordable. It was in a good location.

The room was on the small size for 2 queen beds, but was adequate.

We came to Moab to see Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Due to the extreme heat we had to get up early to hike, and breakfast was available at 6 am so that we could eat quickly and still get to the Parks before the crowds and the heat. The room had everything that we needed, including having the sink separate from the toilet/shower room , and the pool and coin operated laundry were an added bonus. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful (especially Henry at the front desk). I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff were possibly over worked. I asked to stay a second day and was told they were booked. However when I went to the booking app, there were rooms available.

The shower was EXTREMELY small. I am 6ft tall and the shower was to my chest. Incredibly uncomfortable for most people to shower. The staff wasn't particularly friendly or accommodating but they were cordial enough to make it ok.

The hotel is located just a couple of minutes outside of the busiest part of downtown which makes it quieter and that's exactly what we were looking for. It has an awesome pool and hot tub, much needed after a hot day out in the desert. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It has AWESOME but loud AC available in the rooms that offer a break from the heat as well. Great parking availability for guests that was much appreciated.

Needed a couple hooks to hang towels and room was on the smaller side.

Front desk and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

We felt the price was a little high, but not so much that we would not stay.

We only stayed overnight here, but the staff and accommodations were nice. The hotel location was perfect for us. Our check-in went smoothly, the room was clean and had pretty comfortable beds, and the breakfast the next morning had a nice variety of items to choose from. Overall, a very nice stay.

Our room faced the highway and was noisy from street traffic. The swimming pool needs maintenance as the plaster is flaking off.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs and many other choices. We enjoyed the additional community space on the second floor to meet up with friends for cards and wine at night. The hot tub was spacious and well maintained.

I feel like I got bed bugs. The room was not super clean. The property is very dated.

Room was very crowded with furniture, carpet looked very old and dirty. One bed looked like it had an old mattress cover on it for a comforter. The TV was not working properly, and the breakfast area was very small. The breakfast itself was minimal.

The rooms are old and very musky smelling. The toilet was clogged when we got there and when we asked for maintenance they handed my husband a plunger. Our toilet handle was broken so my husband fixed it.

Breakfast offered was pathetic. Hallway and room carpets were filthy. Room had odd odor. Bed was very hard. Room was small for 2 people. Located next to major street with constant loud traffic.

Room wasn’t cleaned - popcorn in microwave, hair in shower and something spilled on bathroom floor and nightstand.

Got to breakfast in the last hour , no eggs no sausage and unkempt. Breakfast area was not kept in order. People are pigs and need to be cleaned up after. The area was not cleaned to my satisfaction. In the room the Sink was cracked. Floor in hallway was wet no signs almost slipped

When we got to our room there were various "stains" on both comforters (we had 2 queen beds), plus what looked like blood stains on one set of sheets, and garbage around the room. When we pulled the comforter down the sheets looked wrinkled - it honestly looked like the room hadn't been cleaned at all. The shower smelled bad. I went to the front desk to see if we could move rooms and was told that there weren't any other rooms available. I asked if we could get new linens and was told that there weren't any available. We should have asked for a refund and left but it was late and we were tired from traveling. This room was 100% unacceptable and we would NEVER stay here again. I have photos of all of the above and would like to speak to someone about a refund.
