The outside freaked my husband out. couldn’t really tell it was a hotel till driving into the property. I understand it’s understand it’s under construction but the same name across the street makes it very confusing. Also the room was half remodeled. clearly see some work still needs to be done. but the coffee was horrible. and the machine was gross I had to clean it before making coffee still didn’t taste good.

The inside was very pretty.

one of the doors on the side of the building was damaged and rigged open. bathroom door seemed as if someone beat on it.

the bed was comfortable and clean. shower was hot. the staff was very pleasant and helpful!

I booked my room on line and asked for a handicapped accessible room. I paid with a credit card through Booking.com. However when I got to the desk I was immediately told, number one I had to pay a refundable $25 dollar deposit and that they didn't see the Booking payment and I would have to pay again - I now have two room charges listed with my bank. I was never asked for an ID of any kind, my request for a handicapped accessible room was never addressed, I was never given a WIFI password and as there was no room phones and calling the location phone transferred to a national number I was never able to gather that information. While the room itself served my needs, I just really did not feel welcome at all.

The location was clean and attractive though it did smell a bit like marijuana. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked and the tubs were large. Each room had a coffee pot and a iron and ironing board. There were no phones.

I was disapointed to see how much potential the hotel has that is unutilized. And The manager was very RUDE. The only staff member with that attitude.

I liked the inside outside pool. I really enjoyed how quiet and peacefull through our stay. The staff was also great. Patricio is very courteous, respectful, eager to help, The kids will now-on consider him a friend. Summerly is also Kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff is also respectful.

The staff at check in was so helpful and friendly. Also, I extended our stay and that staff member was also so helpful and made it so easy. I have stayed here last year as well. I plan to stay here again in the future. Thank you!!!

Sparce room accommodations, not up to par for the room rate. TERRIBLE MATTRESS THAT SUNK IN THE MIDDLE! Very small soap bars. Poor breakfast options - only two cups of orange juice and one of those was leaking! Not a good value!

Upon arrival, the staff was not very friendly. There was no coffee available in the room. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better. There was a frayed cord to one of the lamps and could not be plugged into the wall socket. The smoke alarm was not closed properly and the arm chair appeared unclean. Sofa was not comfortable to sit on. Had to have new keys made for the second night.

The mattress was very comfortable. The location was good.

The carpet, sofa and chairs all had so many stains! We had to ask for a sheet so we could cover the sofa to make it safe to sit on or to even put our stuff on. The sheets themselves looked like they had burn marks and nail polish in spots. Due to all the road construction, the traffic is bad in front of hotel.

Grateful we had a room to stay in. The size of the room was awesome! My hope is that they are going to fix up all the rooms...if they do, it is going to be really nice!!

The beds where old and saggy. The room smelled like they put a bottle of lysol on it and didnt mop it up. It cause my son and wife to have headaches all night and not be able to sleep.

first it took too long to check in. the staff didn't explain except: it's slow. Then, they gave us the wrong room. we walked the whole hotel had to walk up the stairs no elevator. put key in door and walked in to an occupied room. they made it right but in all the days I've traveled, I've never walked into the wrong room. then, the toilet ran all night. there wasn't even a telephone in the room so if you needed staff, you had to walk down again. with all the available hotels...don't choose this one.

No breakfast. Dirty, Wi-Fi didn’t work in either room we tried, carpet stained, no washcloths, soap. shampoo or any amenities. Lampshades patched with scotch tape. Clerk tried to find us a better room twice, but there wasn’t one. The place is a nightmare, and you should be ashamed of rating it as “good.”
