Right when you get there it seems really nice and it’s supposed to be a non smoking rooms hotel but when I got there it reeked of cigarettes, and when I walked into my room the stench wasn’t great either, in the bathroom there was like little streaks on the ceiling of mold from what it looked like.

It looked sanitized but not clean. Being in the residential property maintenance field, I may be more critical. There were a few things that I would address. My shirt and sweater were snagged on the countertop edge that is damaged.

It was quiet and convenient. There was plenty of parking and parking was well lit and seemed safe. Check-in and check out were quick and easy.. The location is close to freeways and quiet.

Whole purpose of booking this hotel was for Breakfast as I travelled with family. But there was literally nothing for Breakfast except Coffee. very much disappointed.

I didn't like that you can ONLY enter the building through the front but you can park in the back next to your room but still would have to walk all the way to the front. Not a bad location either.

I like that there is 2 extended stays next to each other but what's the reason for this?

The first room had cockroach infestation(did see two of them while getting into the room that late evening but saw lots early morning after waking up). So we had to quickly move to another early next morning The second room bathroom sink was clogged and bathtub pipe didnt switch to (no shower mode). Being Friday,Had to wait two days to get it fixed. I was offered another room but was not sure about switching given the roach issue in the other room. That said the staff was very kind, friendly and amazing! So despite the numerous oom issues I still had a good stay

I took my dog out for a potty break around 1 AM. When I try to get back into the building my card would not let me in. I tried using the phone to contact the manager inside but did not get a response. I didn’t know what to do so I went to the building next-door and asked for help. I would appreciate it if there had been someone at the north building that would’ve answered their phone and let me back in the building.

There is nothing that I didn't like

I like the fact that when I arrived I was greeted and attended to in a timely manner it didn't take them long to get me my room key and sort out the paperwork they were very patient with me as I had my service animal with me they were very attentive to my needs as a disabled person they put me in that and hearing impaired room right away with little weight

I was upset that my room key would not unlock the back door where I parked closer to room and had to get a new room key. The hallways smelled bit and there was dirty laundry bags in the hallway that was not picked up. The light bulb by my bed did not work and the bathroom was a bit untidy.

My king room had no wifi connection so I could not use the internet or get any work done for half of my stay. I was downgraded to a queen room in order to have wifi, but was still charged the king room price. The new room had a bed that was broken on one side, several appliances that did not operate, and a foul odor coming from the shower drain that you could smell throughout the unit unless you closed the bathroom door. I also found and photographed cockroaches inside my new room (which was on the 3rd floor).

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a grocery store and several restaurants. Nothing else was good about this stay, however.

The room was gross, had roaches, and mold in the bathroom. It smelled old and musty. There were no handles on the cabinets, and the sink leaked water when you turned it on.

Though it was a suite, items advertised as available such as pots and pans to use for cooking were not available. The smoke alarm was covered over with plastic, presumably to stop the frequent evacuations due to someone using their in-room stove. They advertise selling laundry tablets and sheets but don't have any. I stayed for 2 weeks, housekeeping was supposed to be at least once every 7 days, I had zero visits from housekeeping. The shower curtain was not long enough to fit into the bath, so it was impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom. The bathroom sink and bath did not have plugs. There was dining table but only one chair (used at the desk) The drawers in the dresser were not on the runners, and there's no trash service - guests have to take it themselves to a specific room. The front desk is manned most of the time, but mostly by inattentive and uninterested staff. I don't have high expectations of an extended stay, but this is one hotel I would not stay at again, I checked out early.

Convenient location, close to the freeway and across from Lucky supermarket and a number of local restaurants and stores. Plenty of parking. Rooms are reasonably spacious, and there's a TV with numerous channels. Rooms have a fridge-freezer, microwave and small hob.

I disliked everything.

The property smells very bad. You can feel that it's not clean as soon as you walk through the front door. I liked nothing about this place.
