I didn’t realize I had to ask for shampoo in advance so I had to come out of the room and wait for staff, which was nowhere to be found; so I had to call them on the phone from the outside? Basically very understaffed.

Price was reasonable.

The bathroom smelled faintly of cigarettes. The carpet and walls are showing their age - not terrible, just a bit worn. You have to ask for basic things like blankets and shampoo.

The bed was pretty comfortable and I liked being on the third floor. The price was reasonable.

Location is right off the freeway. Perfect location in between Morgan Hill and the San Jose boarders.

Sticky floors. Had kitchenette but no pots, pans, glasses or silverware. Had to get that separately so I did not bother to do that. The heating and cooling system was on full blast on the AC when I arrived. Chilly! Hard to regulate. The floors were sticky and not clean. I did not walk in there without my shoes on. Bathroom was "cleanish" so it was acceptable for a one night stay. They need to step-up the housekeeping. I did not spend a lot of time in the room and I knew I would not when I booked it. It was loud with people tromping around above me. So, this is a "lay your head down" place to stay for a limited time on a budget.

Convenient to the location I needed to go for work. Shopping available at nearby Walmart. Easy in and out.

Opening the door with the card key. Once it was no good or deactivated and I was required to lug my baggage down the long hall, into the elevator and back to the front desk. It took several times inserting the activated key card before the button turned green and the timing of the handle had to be just right. So, that was very frustrating. Parking - I am permanently disabled and there were not enough handicapped parking spots close in distance to the front lobby and the lighting in the parking area is very dim / low light.

I’m not sure if I saw cameras on the parking lot Maybe they do I didn’t mind to actually look for them , I think it’s a good idea to have some sort of security measures to toward criminal activities..

Room did not have a coffee maker or hair dryer. There were numerous male construction worker's who were staying at the hotel drinking and hanging out in the parking lot

staff were very friendly, helpful, quick and informative. Rooms were very quiet and dark, so easy to sleep in. sheets were soft and clean.

the check in girl gave Us the wrong room, but insisted it wasn’t. After having problems connecting to the motels wifi with our room number 2 hours later, we contacted the front desk where another staff member said we had the wrong room and that’s why it wasn’t working. needless to say we finally Got the King bed/ suite we paid for and moved out of the Queen bed and smaller room.

The carpet was old and it had the smell of old and some of the furniture was pretty beat up.

The price was fair for the hotel. It needed alot of upgrades.

Breakfast was disappointing. Given breakfast was included in the price I did not expect that much but it was more like grab an average coffee and go and a few packaged snacks, and no-where to sit

Smooth Check in and good location for a 1 night stopover. Fridge and microwave a good addition.

The towels smelled funny like they had been sitting in old dirty water..n it kinda smelled like wet dog when u walked into the lobby

I don't like that the company or management still charge as if they provide cleaning services. They do not. I had to empty my own trash, I had to get towels everyday and explain myself when I wanted to change my sheets on the bed. I certainly am not above this but I think this should be taken into consideration when charging for the room. It would have been cheaper to stay at an AIRBNB. I would insist on not staying on the first floor right by the elevator if we stayed again.

The staff were helpful and accommodating.
