We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The bed was pretty comfortable and I liked being on the third floor. The price was reasonable.

United StatesSticky floors. Had kitchenette but no pots, pans, glasses or silverware. Had to get that separately so I did not bother to do that. The heating and cooling system was on full blast on the AC when I arrived. Chilly! Hard to regulate. The floors were sticky and not clean. I did not walk in there without my shoes on. Bathroom was "cleanish" so it was acceptable for a one night stay. They need to step-up the housekeeping. I did not spend a lot of time in the room and I knew I would not when I booked it. It was loud with people tromping around above me. So, this is a "lay your head down" place to stay for a limited time on a budget.
Convenient to the location I needed to go for work. Shopping available at nearby Walmart. Easy in and out.

United StatesOpening the door with the card key. Once it was no good or deactivated and I was required to lug my baggage down the long hall, into the elevator and back to the front desk. It took several times inserting the activated key card before the button turned green and the timing of the handle had to be just right. So, that was very frustrating. Parking - I am permanently disabled and there were not enough handicapped parking spots close in distance to the front lobby and the lighting in the parking area is very dim / low light.

After having problems connecting to the motels wifi with our room number 2 hours later, we contacted the front desk where another staff member said we had the wrong room and that’s why it wasn’t working. needless to say we finally Got the King bed/ suite we paid for and moved out of the Queen bed and smaller room.

United StatesI don't like that the company or management still charge as if they provide cleaning services. They do not. I had to empty my own trash, I had to get towels everyday and explain myself when I wanted to change my sheets on the bed. I certainly am not above this but I think this should be taken into consideration when charging for the room. It would have been cheaper to stay at an AIRBNB. I would insist on not staying on the first floor right by the elevator if we stayed again.
