The location was great, breakfast was just cereal, coffee, juice and some small rolls but enough to get you going in the morning. The room was clean and the hosts were very nice.

The room decor is dark with low lighting, which makes it easy to lose or leave stuff….to be fair, it’s place to sleep so it did feel cozy. The beds are small, good for one larger person, but barely comfortable sleeping 2 people per bed.

Location was quiet, convenient, clean and an overall good value. Beds have good quality pillows and bedding. The night check in staff (Ashley, I think?) was absolutely awesome! She warmly welcomed us like long lost family. Her friendly personality and quick wit laced with hilarious sarcasm, had us laughing till we were weak! She definitely livened the evening after an 11 hour haul!

Pool was filled with debris. No furniture around pool. But still advertised a pool is available. Towels were worn but clean. Lots of debris under the metal strip connecting bathroom floor to bedroom floor.

The toilet backed up and when we called we were told to come down and get a plunger. When my friend got to the office there were staff people there that could have brought it up and taken care of it. There wasn’t much to choose from for breakfast.

The pool wasn't open and wasn't going to be for the whole summer. The temperature was in the high 90's and I chose this hotel based on the fact that it had a pool<

There was night noise traffic from trucks pulling in & out of the gas station which was across the street. The continental breakfast was very basic & a little lacking - no bread or muffins or bagels for toasting although there was a toaster. No yogurt.

Very convenient for off & on of Hwy 35. Room was very clean & smelled fresh. We would stay here again as we travel from TX to MN. Easy access to a gas station & places to eat. There was a microwave & mini refrigerator.

Very busy truck stop across the street, busy through the night but air conditioning dampened most of the noise.

I believe the owner checked me in. He was very nice. Convenient location, clean, comfy bed, perfectly acceptable accommodations for the price. I would stay again.

The morning lady was VERY RUDE and , non appreciative that you are staying in their motel. I had an issue with the waffle maker (my fault for not having my glasses on and could not see the instructions.) She open the door 3 feet from me TWICE to tell me "Instructions are on the wall." Would have saved her time and this comment by stepping out and and just turning it on. The room was very clean, bed was great.

Was supposed to be a handicap room but the bathroom was to small for a wheelchair or walker. It only had a small shower chair. The only handicap parking space by my room was taken up by a employee or manger parking. Was not told about the 50 dollar charge until we arrived. if we gave them cash we could get our money back but since we used a credit card we have to wait until they clean the room then maybe we would get it back. O yes the bathroom door would not open all the way because of the towel bar.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Well-maintained property. This place is exactly what it purports to be: basic accommodations, comfortable and affordable. I'll stay here again in the future.
