How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The only negative that we experienced was the bed and only,in our opinion,the bed was Very soft and we kept meeting in the middle

The atmosphere of the room is a little bit humid.
It’s clean and quiet, a good place to stay for rest as a familly on our way to Florida.

At some point, it felt a bit strange because one guest had an ankle monitor on and another guest mentioned that he was approached about drugs. It made me uncertain whether we were in a good and safe area or not. However, nothing happened.
Absolutely enjoyed the waffles for breakfast! Not only was it quick to get more food, but the service was also great. The hotel has 2 washers and 2 dryers which is an awesome perk. The location was perfect for our group, as we needed to be in that area and there were plenty of restaurant options nearby.

The breakfast were very good and fur filling. The lady that cook the breakfast was very friendly. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. She was nice and friendly I would stay there bcuz of her.

If not so many people were always at the pool. People always hanging around the facility not sure if they were guests or not.
The location was fine. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Wish they had more to do around the location for kids maybe and arcade game room since the location there isn't anything. The breakfast was good but, eggs were very watery and it's the same each day we were there. The hours should be extended for those that like to wake up a little later.
The beds were very comfortable, the staff very friendly and I love the fact that I requested to have both rooms close and rollaway beds and they replied back which usually don't get a reply back from other hotels. Everything was ready when we got there.

The room smelled very musty and moldy.. didn't change my room because we got in very late and just dealt with it.. did mention it to the front desk and they explained that upgrades will be made..

Smell of Marijuana-constant smell and breakfast - never able to get anything. Need more than 1 person doing breakfast and sad to say maybe have someone to serve things. 1st morning person in front of us literally put all the bacon on her plate when he brought out the fresh batch.

The room was a bit small for the 4 of us. I tried to get a Suite instead but it wasn't available. The beds also weren't as comfortable as I hoped and double is not big enough. Getting to the hotel from where we were going was a little annoying at first.
We liked the actual room. It was clean, looked nice. The staff were fantastic and helpful! That was really refreshing! Also loved the option to get items needed in room without having full room service.

The outside is very dark. Single female traveler. It was kinda scary walking in. Also you could hear everything in the hallway.
The room was very nice. TV, fridge and microwave.

Breakfast area needs improvement ! Packaged Frozen food. The shower is a little Strange. I didn’t like the carpet it felt damp
Cheap and close to Fort Bragg, I believe the hotel has a pool but we did not utilize it. Breakfast was included. Overall budget friendly without the bells and whistles
