Breakfast is important when you have to be on the range all day. We had a team there and Friday had a good selection. Saturday there were no waffles and we were told by the staff there would be none because they were out for the rest of the weekend. Then we had to ask them to make more breakfast twice because they had nothing and what was out was cold. This was at 7am not at a late time. They were also out of coffee and when we asked the lady to fix more she was extremely rude to us. Overall a very unpleasant experience with what should have been good.

I was charged more than what was listed on booking.com AND an additional $60 as a separate charge....too expensive for only a one night stay. The second charge was reimbursed, but it was still more than I planned on paying for one night.

All the construction. The entry door to our room was sticking so bad it couldn’t hardly be opened, especially from inside the room. Bathroom door was also just as bad. It could hardly be closed completely.

The room smelled weird. Parking spaces were oddly small/narrow. The bathroom door was stuck, I had to jerk on it to get it opened. The room never got to a comfortable temp. Way over priced for what it is.

the room door was propped open when we arrived to the unit. the a/c didn’t work and had to be attended to. the thermostat on the wall didn’t work when staff finally got the unit working. we were tired and only wanted to go to bed. but had to deal with the unit being too hot to sleep until ac was fixed.

The first floor smelled like mold and musty. When we changed from 1st floor to 3rd, half of our room didnt have power. It was just a fuse but it showed that they didnt check the room before renting it. Then they had another issue and the 3rd floor smelled like sewer. Workers were walking above us and they went up through panels in front of our room and insulation was on floor as soon as we opened door. I understand repairing something but let patrons know that workers will be doing things. The pool had broken lights, tables and chairs. I had to ask for towels and even to open pool at 11:30. The only lights on were the building lights. Breakfast was the same thing over and over...reheated and recooked.

Convenience of location. Front desk women were very helpful.

room 217; noise most of night sounded like industrial clothes dryer or something under the room. small dried blood spot on comforter . breakfast was microwaved scrambled eggs , no flavor sausage links, hard dry biscuits, no fresh fruit, ususal packaged pastries;

turned the heater off because the air was so dry, but the heater continued to blow through the night in spite of not even being switched on and knocked. all. night. I got to bed super late and was woken up by the knocking of the heater that wasn’t supposed to be still on. It was just annoying.

It’s one of two options and is the better one.

We got there at 3. Checked in and went to the room it was still being cleaned. We dropped our bags off and left. Later when we got back and was getting ready for bed found there was stains on the bedding the bathroom had hair in it. The microwave really didn't work well.

It was in a good location. The lobby was clean and staff were polite.

I’m glad I chose Comfort Inn, not was the rates very affordable, but the room was very clean and cozy!! The facility was very clean as well! Ms. Dee went far and beyond to help me before and after my arrival! She was very nice and professional annnd she made feel comfortable and welcomed when I spoke with her over the phone and in person!! I won’t forget the refreshing smell throughout the lobby upon entering!! This will be my place to stay whenever I’m in Talladega!!
