Elavater did not work for five days. I am ADA and I was 0n the third floor. When brought this up about this being an ADA violation the person behind the counter just looked at me an said I could move somewhere else .

There’s actually no hot tub, it’s currently filled with rocks. The elevator didn’t work. The rooms AC was so horribly loud and popping, it was hard to sleep.

Cleanliness. The 1st room they sent us to, the door was open & it looked like someone started to clean it but never finished. They switched us to a different room and it smelled damp and like dirty feet. It was so bad I couldn't sleep. The bathroom smelled like sewer & I killed a centipede that was curled up in the corner. We left & went to a different hotel the next morning.

Just old and dark and depressing - Breakfast was terrible - cereal was so stale I threw it out. Coffee was good. I relocated to another hotel after the first night.

I loved the location. We were there for a track meet at University of Arkansas so it was so close. I loved how there was lots of restaurants within walking distance.

. The front desk personnel in the morning was not their. I waited 45min waiting for the best personnel, another worker came in and found him sleeping in the office. Not happy at all.

My iron and fridge did not work. Room did not get cleaned. Called the front desk and at that point, I was told that I had to ask for the room to be cleaned because I stayed multiple nights. I don’t know how guest are supposed to shower without clean towels if the rooms are not cleaned each day. When I asked for towels to be brought up, I was told to come get them from the front desk because house cleaning had left for the day. On my way, I stopped on the 3rd floor at the friends room and the house cleaning lady was there cleaning the that floor. She was very nice and told me she would bring me clean towels. She was extremely nice. This was not explained to me at check in nor was the $50 incidental charge. When I left, the computer was down or something so I wasn’t able to get a receipt. She told me to leave my email address and she could email it to me. This is now July 6th and still no email!

First, check in is at 3pm. My room is wasn’t ready until nearly 5pm. The hot tub was just barely warm it was not hot. The absolute worst part though was the beds. It was rock hard like sleeping on the floor. My body is still hurting two days later. my husband and I both didn’t sleep well cuz of the bed.
