I just noticed that my deposit hasnt been returned and I just looked at my receipt and its not even mine. I have no idea how that happened. I will be calling to clear this issue up.

The view. We got a full water view for the first time. It was beautiful, peaceful and everything I could want. I was able to see a beautiful sunset while reading my book! :)

Only a couple of things: First, there was no remote control for the TV in our room. We told the front desk but got no response. When I went downstairs to check, she said she'd called Maintenance but couldn't reach anyone. I stood there with her while she tried again and again there was no answer. That's pretty alarming, since it could have been something a lot more serious than just a missing remote control.

The hotel was really nice, way fancier and more impressive than I expected. The fact that they had a rental bike was a real bonus. The pool & hot tubs were great. The Lake House next door was excellent. Everything really comfortable and clean and nice. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Very central to downtown. Vintage look. We were there 3 nights. Had awesome soup and flatbread in the dining area.

The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. I will be back just for the room in the summer. The sliding door with a balcony to overlook Lake Michigan was what made it for us! The restaurant had the best crab cakes and dessert and we plan on that at every stay now.

Lack of control with the over running of guests. First night great!! 2nd night, Horrific to the point we got up and checked out in the middle of the night and drove 8 hours to home. When I talked to the clerk she said there was 3 calls complaining about 804. We were 801. Kids running up and down the halls, banging on the doors. Adults laughing and yelling. The alcohol and pot, we were done. I don't know how many checked but there was multiples in the rooms. The back area there was no getting through due to all the people. Loved Loved the hotel but won't be back. This will be what we remember 345 for this. Very let down

The TV in my room was a little old, wasn’t able to watch any streaming services so I had to use my laptop to watch shows. The shower head was a little odd as well, the water came out very fast and I believe the head needed to cleaned and unclogged.

I can’t say that I was a fan of the dinner and breakfast services for the hotel. Breakfast was quite lacking and in the evening the lady behind the bar didn’t seam to know how to do anything other than putting one type of alcohol into a glass and setting it in front of you. I’d also have to say that you should bring your own towels for the pool. The ones out there were very very scratchy and rough.

The hotel was amazing and the room was gorgeous. I would definitely stay again.

Restaurant staff wasn't available eventhough they were on duty. We wanted to eat there, but after waiting to be seated for 15 minutes no one came out from kitchen. Therefore, we had to go out to eat.
