Continental Breakfast is advertised, but the last two times I have stayed there is not even coffee in the morning.

I didn't like I had to leave. I wish the weekly price to stay was a little cheaper. I didn't like I wasn't working for this company so I could live here.

I liked the rooms, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Staff was not at front desk for checkin nor was a note left saying he would be right back. I waited more than 20 mins. Learned he was cleaning. Plus he asked. me for my debit card to keep on file. Im still wondering why he needed me to swipe it and use PIN after I had already booked/paid online.

Coffee and muffins is not my idea of breakfast.

I didn't like the dogs around.. fleas or not my for me... Need to keep them in one area of the hotel to manage pest control..

U only get room service once a week unless u pay, i Been to other places like holiday inn express for 406 a week u get every day room service n excellent breakfast but u don't get a kitchen.

I felt ok, love the business area, the mall n 24fitness

Having a kitchenette in the unit is fine, but not having a single element to cook it is useless, no glasses, plates, crockery or pots were available. I was expecting something different.

Clean, safe and quite place to stay for a couple of weeks. No issues at all, kind service at the front desk, I had to leave earlier than booked without any extra fees. The room was well equipped with microwave and full size refrigerator and all appliances in perfect working conditions

No dishes or silverware without asking. Why? To untrusting! You have everyone’s credit cards

Cleanliness, coffee in lobby, quietness. We stay every year. This year it will be twice. We were there family emergency! We had to put my dad in hospice. Very stressful and costly for us.

Cable television and man was sleeping in the trash room all night. Needs more security survelilance.

They could enforce the dog curbing better. There was a lot of dog droppings in the grassy areas, which was gross.

After I start using booking.com that's when they start the discrimination because I wasn't no longer booking through the Extended Stay America website so me and my grandchildren left cuz I feel very uncomfortable

Me and my family first moved in on January 5th 2024 we were in the double bed but another guest told me to start booking with booking.com and when I started using booking.com I start getting treated poorly by the staff and the manager so they told me someone else had booked the room for the double bed and they told me that I had to go to a king size bed for five people I don't think it was fairly also was going through struggle where I had to start paying day by day but I made sure that my family was okay so I left because I know that I was not the only one booking through booking.com

Like that fact it was easy to get to work near by grocery stores

Didn't like that they made me and my family move out a double bed into a one king size bed for five people. Couldn't get a good night rest do to of others arguing fighting all times of the night but when I made a report to the staff at the front desk it was a problem for me

When we first checked in it was okay on 01/05/2024 but after that when and resident at the hotel to start using booking.com to save money because they saw me there with my three grandchildren and after that everything went downhill

We was a little upset cus we were expecting a bigger tub that me and my husband could bathe together in. But that's okay. I think the biggest thing was the bed. It was unstable and when me and my husband would sit on the end of the bed together, the bed came up right off the floor. It scared the bajesus out of us.

I loved the little kitchen that comes in the room. Very convenient, especially the stove. And I like that the hotel is so close to food areas and the highway. Literally walking distance to some pretty interesting areas.
