The room we were assigned needed the floor vacuumed and mopped, so we were given another room which was better, but not perfect.

Breakfast was granola bars and coffee. Not what I thought they meant by breakfast but we were headed to lake so it somehow fit in our plans. No coffee maker, shower curtain or blow dryer in our room. When I asked the front desk, they didnt have a coffee makeer or shower curtain but gave me a blow dryer.

Not a bad stay and the staff was super nice and our room was clean. Parking was good and the location was close to just about everything. Neighborhood was good as far as I know.

The third visit they put me in a handicap from and the rest room smelt like urine ,there were spots on the floor by the bed that hadn't been cleaned up.

It was a good value, they take pets,good location first to times staff was nice.

There was a ring around the bath tub and the towels had hair in them.

It was a little dated but very clean. The rooms seemed a little expensive compared to previous times I’ve stayed but had much better pricing than other hotels in the area.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and understanding.

the bathroom sink had a leak from the pipes and the shower curtain rod was broken.

It was in a centric area easy to find and safe. It had a clean refrigerator and a good size kitchen area.

When I checked in I was told the 3rd party website I used to book (Booking.com) sold me a room they didn’t have available which was king size, non-smoking but they had a handicap queen size room they could put us in so I accepted well I should have asked if the room was non-smoking because OMG it smelled horrible! The whole building has a weird smell walking in. If you’re looking for a short weekend stay this might due but longer than that I don’t recommend. The room itself was clean except for the smell & the bed was a bit uncomfortable but other than that it was an okay-ish stay.

There was a Pluckers close by.

The mattress was hard, no pull-out sofas were available, the breakfast muffin had mold on it with an expired expiration date

The staff was very nice , coffee was great but no regular liquid creamer. 'Breakfast' was only granola bars, muffins and instant oatmeal

It would be nice to patch the cigarette burns on the counters. A couple of hangars would have been nice.

The room us generally clean but a little worn. The TV and internet worked well. The kitchen was a nice design for one person.

Not much of a breakfast other than free coffee and hot water for some oatmeal. First room I got 414 smelt awful. Service was great in getting me a new room 404 and it was ok. Did not feel clean and everything was old and out of date and stained to show it. The property needs a Major update...rooms were way outdated as far as appliances, beds, tv etc..

it was nasty. Paint job, horrible, missing baseboards in the room, a black man running around the property with his jeans, pulled all the way down where you could see his penis and butt asking myself and my daughter to call 911 before he ran into the hotel and ask them to call 911 and then the somewhat bloody paper towel or toilet paper that he had around his hand on the floor and when I came back down to ask for a refund that had not been picked up off the floor so it was gross.

The stale smell, the dirty conditions of the floors and fixtures, the entrance is in need of a good cleaning. Dirty carpets in the halls, and in the rooms. The room needs a good cleaning. Terrible mattress! This property needs a thorough cleaning and updating.

Other than an Ok location the overall condition of the property was really bad. I can’t think of anything that we did like.

No coffee in room. No ice in the hotel. Room was filthy. Carpet had some sort of stuck stains on it. Kinoleum floor in bath room was warped and peeling up. Ele tric outlets didn't work.

There was no coffee in room breakfast was a small dry cup cake, they were stail. The coffee was very weak. Just brown water.

Key card were incorrectly key add to have key card reprogrammed every I went out. 2 guys were drink beer in lobby by desk.

Nothing, great place

Very clean, staff was so sweet. My daughter is autistic and the gentleman at the front desk took the time to talk to her and give her a high five before we left. I called before we traveled down and explained we would be in after midnight, the gentleman I talked to was so sweet, even told me to travel safe.
