I would have preferred more frequent housekeeping. We stayed 10 nights and did not get any cleaning services. The bathroom fan did not work, and my report of this issue apparently did not make it to maintenance. I reserved a studio with 1 king bed, but was given a single queen room. This was not a deal breaker for me, but it would have been nice to get the room I thought I was paying for. Also, it would have been nice to have received advance notice (before check in) that the elevator would not be working.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Even though everything seemed dated, it was extremely clean and in good repair. The desk clerks were always helpful and friendly. This was the quietest hotel I can remember ever staying at. We heard no neighbors in adjacent rooms, and only minimal hallway noise when someone was passing by our door.

-The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and informative. -Room was updated and clean and fully stocked with complimentary items -Tv and all appliances worked as well as the AC -Not in a bad area/good location

There was a stain on the bed skirt which did not indicate cleanliness. Also the soap was very waxy.

My bed had a dip in it. More attention to de5when it comesntp cleaning. I rewiped the surfaces and they were dirty....so was the floor. There was a lot of smoking on my floor as well. I think the carpet needed cleaning.

I would've like more healthier choices like fruit and juice.

The alleged breakfast was terrible. There was a small table in the lobby with coffee/hot water (coffee was hot and delicious), There was a bowl of dried Protein Bars that were better suited for wildlife and a few chocolate muffins. There was NO HAIR DRYER in the room (not sure if they had any upon request). Again, I read the reviews and saw the warning, so whoever posted that, thank you. So, don't forget to pack your hair dryer.

Excellent location for my personal requirements. Very quiet which I did not expect based on other reviews. The room was clean (that's all I ask). Staff very friendly.

I thought it was to have kitchen where we could order food. No hair dryer in room. A bigger continental breakfast would have been nice. Last day, the hot water was light brown so hot tea that day. They didn't have vending machines. Need to replace faucets in bathroom in room105.

I didn't like the floor in the elevator or in my room. It could have used a wax job as I was not really sure how clean it was.

The location was great! I was within 15 minutes of everywhere I needed to be.

There was no ice machine (there is a full size fridge/freezer in room but no ice was ready) so we were without ice for awhile. It is an older hotel and could use some updating.

Location is great - close to I-70. Dog friendly. Staff was super friendly (Shelly at front desk). They were recovering from serious water damage which made for dust and construction activity but really not a big deal.
