-there was a smell to the property -the bed was really hard, not firm- hard - the “breakfast” was just stale store bought pastries; no juice, no milk, just a snack it really rides that borderline of “bait and switch” marketing.

being homecoming weekend for K-STATE it was the best value around compared at $250+ staff was super nice

Wrong name on the hotel, could hardly find it. Hotel looked like a run down place, almoast empty. No signal on TV, no breakfast. On request got some granola bars. Worst stay ever, not worth the money.

First of all, this is THE EONO LODGE. We were very confused because my GPS brought us to THE ECONO LODGE and there was absolutely no signage for Loves Motel. Took us about 10 minutes to even find a staff member as there was no one at the front desk or in the lobby. When I called the number listed on my email confirmation, it took me to an automated system and I was transferred multiple times. The entire property was dirty and run down. I did not feel safe.

Everything was old. felt very dirty. wrinkles on bed covers, floor turned socks brown, bathroom had rust on wall. ‘light breakfast’ was a cheap muffin.

Bed was very lumpy and squeaky. The room was very cold; it was 21 degrees outside, and the heater barely worked. The shower floor looked dirty. I'm not sure if they served the complimentary breakfast because the front desk person was rude and didnt say anything about it when I checked in, plus the sign in the lobby doesnt say a time for breakfast. I checked out and needed to wait for my Lyft to arrive. I asked the front desk lady if I could wait in the "lobby" and she asked well how long? Really, I just paid to stay here, and that's the customer service I received. I'm booking a different hotel for the remainder of my stay. I wanted to be close to my son on post, but this hotel and staff are not good.

There weren't any bugs, which surprised me from the looks of the room itself.

The owner called me ignorant because I wanted fresh towels and didn't want to used the same towels for two days. Water hard to adjust. Could turn extremely hot or cold after you set it to your liking. Toilet very low to the floor.

not much, the staff was rude the entire stay. they are not over observing type of all up in what your every moves are: it’s one thing to be on alert and aware of the hotel bc observation can clearly be a good quality, however when you are crossing the line you know you are! also they won’t you to literally use the same towel the entire stay. it was all around uncomfortable not overbearing & seemed to not want any business. idk how y’all do things here; but it’s the difference in opinion & environment. just thing the hospitality could use some work as can the stalking camera type stuff could us work!! ** Good Luck ** to yell butni will definitely NEVER stay here!? Ever again!! oh yeah if you choose To stay longer it’s an issue!! go to the Grandview plaza because they have cheaper rooms & the people are great caring w/ the best customer service skills… I give the place a “0” bc you would be better driving on down the road. Just saying
