Difficult to spot reception

Very nice staff, particularly Jill at reception and Mike at the breakfast bar. Very good breakfast, with a good variety of options (the best we had so far during our trip)! Nice and clean facilities :)

The only thing I didn't like about my stay. Was the deposit fee. I have stayed there multiple times during my travel assignments and have always been charged $100 deposit fee which is refundable.. Which in my opinion that's fair. But the very last time I stayed there, I got charged $250 returnable deposit. They require a 250 deposit for people that live in town. I think that is absolutely okay. However I do live in Sarasota even though my license says Melbourne. I just have not had a chance to get it switched over yet. However all the times I have stayed there, 15 plus times this was the first time I was ever charged $250 deposit. So I wish there would be a little bit of Grace for folks that stay there often and have never had an issue. Other than that my stay was wonderful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Jill at the front desk was amazing she has been there on several of my check-ins and has always been very nice and accommodating. But I would definitely recommend this property that's definitely a good value I just put a medium rating on the value just because of the deposit, not because of the rate of the room. It was nice and clean. They had great staff. Jill has been there for most of my check-ins at the front desk and she has always been accommodating and very friendly. They do have a hot continental breakfast in the morning until 9:00 am. And they also have a restaurant on site that is open at night. They also have drinks and snacks in the lobby and toiletries if you have forgotten them.

The only thing I didn't like was the appliances needs upgrade a little bit and the pool needs heater. I can't wait to go back to see what it will look like when the renovations are done

Freezer section of refrigerator was nasty from old food remains. Yuck. It did clean up eventually with some warm water, but, c’mon. Housekeeping missed that?!?! The TV, although clearly newly installed, was malfunctioning in the color realm. I attempted in vain to fix the color spectrum but all we could muster was a wash of dark blue. It clearly is faulty.

Obviously some time & money was well spent freshening up this location. New paint scheme, hanging plants, comfortable & stylish modern patio/pool furniture. Pool was clean & inviting, and I love the “two-sies” bistro sets littered throughout the courtyard. A very nice touch! Front desk manager at check-in could not have been friendlier. She is a wonderful asset to this place. Overall, a very quiet, comfortable, affordable stay! Well done.

the 2 rooms (sleeping and living )for the price of a motel room. it has been renovated and new modern furniture The landscaping is pretty as is the pol area. it has soft padded lounge chairs around the pool. Hot breakfast included.

the shower was kinda weird in our room. at times there was not hot water. and then other days the water was coming out ridiculously hot and there was no way to make it colder. it was such a weird experience lol. that’s my only complaint

Generally clean but the microwave and fridge had leftover food in them. There was a used towel left on the back of the bathroom door and the previous occupant had left a tablet on the side near the sink.
