Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe air-conditioning did not work and the shower looked like it hadn't been clean from the previous guest. There was hair and soap in the tub that didn't belong to me. I had a hard time sleeping because it was hot in the room (127)

United StatesThe room had bugs every where cracks in door where they were coming in.no trash can in room asked several times for one finally went out and brought one as they only gave us a very small trash can.Linen were not clean had to go to laundromat to clean as they only had 1 very tiny washer and dryer wich were never available. Homeless people everywhere and using the facilities. Breakfast sucked most days staff had attitude and seemed to be bothered. When you asked for something. Camera were in place but only a few worked didn't feel safe security guards were not on site 24 hrs but I must say they tried their best. House keeping had very bad attitudes all except Evelynn who didn't speak very good English but was very sweet and got me anything I needed Lisa and Sally I think her name was she worked nights and had very large earrings were the only to front desk people who seemed to go above and beyond for us. Our stay was almost 3 weeks.we stayed here last year and had a good experience but this time hotel was very run down. Rooms were expensive could have been much better for the price..
The size of the room was large has a full kitchen with microwave no stove beds were okay pet friendly.

Great location. Far enough from I95 to reduce traffic noise. Remodeled for the most part. Breakfast okay wife liked the automatic pancake maker. Plenty of places close by to have dinner.

United StatesI work in tourism and hospitality and felt that Jessica at the front desk was very abrasive. Sushi restaurant was good, but the waitress had us believe we pay one price and we would get free refills. Not the case, and we had to pay the difference. She should know her menu, especially since she identified herself as the bar tender. This made me feel like we were bamboozled. That was not cool. The rooms were mostly cleaned well, but the bathtub was a disaster. It was leaking around the faucet area.

United StatesWe had little bugs in the sink and bathroom. I called the front desk. She sent maintenance to the wrong room. So I cleaned them up. I told front desk about it at check out, she said I had to email the owner.

United StatesThe bed is not comfortable, the bathroom is small, the bathroom wall had a weird stain, the shower water pressure was bad, and we had to get a lighter to light the gas fire pit, the deposit was more than what I paid for two nights, and the main building was hard to find. The lobby is in the sushi restaurant. I didn’t go to their restaurant, I found better reviews.
The room was decent and pretty clean. The staff was friendly. They had small soap samples, a cable tv, clean towels, decent free breakfast, the floors were clean, close parking, the pool area looked nice but it was too cold.

United StatesLittle roaches and ants were in the room; I know it's Florida, but they need to exterminate them. Also, the bathtubs need to be re-finished; although the room was clean and the staff was courteous and accommodating, they couldn't do anything about the bathtubs.
Breakfast and staff were great, helpful and accomodating. I showed up late for breakfast one day, and Michael even gave me gluten free bagels, front desk staff is also great. We even had to change our plans at the last minute, and they helped us out with a great rate.

Also, my card to be " refunded" in 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS???? BUT to be paid immediately???? Stop playing with my money after hours,! I have stayed here many years but will NOT stay here again!
