it was outdated dirty and ran down. the breakfast was ok but the hot water they provided for the breakfast had all kind of stuff floating in it!!

The hotel staff was friendly.

The hotel smelled like a Las Vegas casino, some of the guest were smoking inside of there rooms the hotel towels were dirty and when I asked for clean towels the new towels that I received were dirty.. the hotel was painted poorly.. I spent touch money for my room I expected way more from this hotel .. I felt like I was staying at a motel 6. I would never stay there again.

There were papers strewn on the floor. Used toiletries on the elevator floor. The dark hardwood floors in the foyer and elevator looked dark and grundgy and needed be refurbished. Too much trash strewn around the parking lot. Person blasted loud rap music outside my window. Staff admitted that they have tried repeatedly to stop this even to the point of calling the sherrif. By the time the deputies arrive, the people blasting the music flee the scene. The staff admitted that they are helpless. It is an ongoing problem at this location.

Absolutely; Thank you for asking. The Hotel didn't ask how was my stay! 1. Tub wasn't clean. The shower curtain needs to be cleaned at the bottom. Shameful. 2. Soap was crumbled 3. Upstairs guest, paced back and forth most of the night. I didn't fall asleep until 6am. 4. My business magnet was taken off one side of my car. Overall extremely very disappointing

Our fam of 5 had 2 rooms. 2 adults 3 kids. 1st we werent even on the same floor (even though requested... and for an additional fee... we could have been. (at that rate we would have upgraded elsewhere had we known. 🤷‍♀️ 2nd... both Rooms smelled like pet urine and mildew....and carpet HEAVILY stained. Beds extremely uncomfortable and missing linens when compairing the two ammenities and items in each. The Shower in one of them had been overlooked when last used and not clean upon arrival as a new guest.I called front desk and asked about the bag around the shower head, and the empty bottles on the side of tub right away .. and their response was" I dont know why thats there." All I can say is... there are cheaper hotels with less stars and lower rating down the road that had better customer service and cleaner rooms than this hotel. Very dissappointed in this extended stay.

The room smelled horrible some kind of air freshener gel in the AC vent - bad for allergies or anyone in general. The bedding was damp like bed was made before linens were dry al the way; shower pressure was so hard it stung your body trying to shower. Not clean or sanitized. I will never stay again $200 for a stinky wet room!! No value at all
