Breakfast was the biggest disappointment: mediocre cooked food and poor bread / pastries (though coffee was good and strong). In-room coffee making was not great . Air conditioner in room was old and noisy.

Staff were very pleasant and friendly; room was adequately clean, everything worked. Location was easy to find. Altogether, for two nights at a very low price, well worth it.

The reason I'm rating the hotel low is because of one major problem. We stayed three days. We asked that we get a new set of towels. That request was not met. The roof needed cleaning before we arrived and remained on cleaned throughout. I don't like to rate things low and I am not a "hard grader" but the simple act of providing clean towels on a three day stay and not cleaning the room is total unacceptable.

Location. Deck with nice views of the lake or stream. Excellent breakfast.

Location was within 2 miles of the event we were attending that week. Price was reasonable, room was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly. Breakfast was adequate, though scrambled eggs, when served, tended to be dry. Overall quite satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is hard to get to and looks awful from the outside. If I had gone on the outside appearance alone we would have left immediately. Thankfully the interior lobby areas and the rooms are nicer.

The rooms were clean and fairly updated. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The spa and pool. It seemed there were maintenance issues with both of them. Could pose a safety hazard. The rooms were tidy but definitely need deep cleaned. The comforter had a few stains that clearly could have been removed with a good wash. The head boards were a bit dirty and the floors had a lot of debris on them.

I liked the fact that they lady up front offered me a room with a balcony. We had originally booked a single king size bed. The property was amazing. And the water behind us just gave us a more natural feel of nature. Breakfast was fantastic every morning with a variety of things to choose from. I would recommend staying here if the spa and pool are maintenance and better kept only for safety reasons

first room had multiple soda cans, dirty q tips, flower petals, and a bunch of grime over several common surfaces. they put us in a room that didn’t have a balcony which was the only reason we booked there. 2nd room was better. Felt judged by most of the employees most of the stay.

We had roaches in our room! I was told the roaches started showing up after the flooring was redone and the room we were in was one of the problem rooms! The bathroom needed work, bad grout, and just needed a thorough cleaning. The pool wasn't open while we were there. Mt daughter said the water looked kind of green.
