Floors were not swept or mopped. Cobwebs in ceiling corners. I had to ask to move from first room because spaces between window panes. Hair on and around sink area. Microwave was dirty. Everything needed wiped off. Wifi did not work the whole weekend!

The location of the room. Phone in room. Clean toilet. Night attendants were very helpful. Fantastic water pressure. Clean towels,etc. Wasn't a lot of foot traffic. Quiet

There were so many problems. In the 1st room we were offered, one of us got shocked trying to turn on the lamp. In the 2nd room, the CFI outlet tripped in the bathroom with just a phone charger plugged in. There was extensive water damage on the ceiling, a broken knob on the jacuzzi, light fixtures with missing bulbs, and a general lack of cleanliness. A good cleaning and a paint job would work wonders. On top of all that, there was no coffee pot in the room or offered in the lobby (the lobby was closed due to Covid.) I would not stay there again.

The desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating. He did his best to make us happy. Unfortunately, the property is in such poor condition, his options were limited. The bedding appeared clean and smelled clean.

Filthy, broken down, and disgusting. We were pretty disturbed at the dilapidated lobby but the worst was passing broken windows of several rooms on the way to our own. When we opened our room door, the room REEKED of cigarette smoke and was filthy and disgusting. We went back to the lobby,gave them the key cards, and fled. I didn't even care if I was given a refund. DO NOT BOOK.

The room had no working lights due to “water” leak maintenance brought a lamp The ceiling was falling in there was pieces of it on the tub and floor due to water leak 2 doors down lights in ceiling were full of water had to go buy towels and bleach to clean smelt like mold

It was a false advertisement. The room we were given was not the room we had specifically booked. The area was sketchy at best. Several windows to other rooms were busted. Pieces of furniture and mattresses were outside the rooms. And the front desk was incompetent. Took money from my card when it had been stated that I would be paying in cash and literally had the cash in my hand. Not receiving the room we paid for is what upset us the most. We didn't waste our time even unloading our only bag as we left immediately.

cockroach in the dresser drawer, bathroom was disgusting, smells like mold and marijuana, have bed bugs, cigarette burns in the sheets, floor was dirty. Couldn't stay there so we asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.

First off the hotel manager (white lady) was nasty and rude, when I got there to check in she was cursing excessively talking ugly about past customers, definitely a red flag for me. First room I was offered was not sleep able and it was filthy, the pillows had visible dirt stain on them. I went to front desk to get another room , 2nd room had roaches , dirty bathroom, no wall plugs work, towels were dirty and stained and the heater did not work. My 1 year old had just got out the hospital I was exhausted and just wanted a comfortable, clean room. I went down I told him about the room & also talk to him about my complaints his response was ruthless & stated “WE FROM TEXAS, WE DIFFERENT “ which I don’t know what that was suppose to mean. Then he came to the room & seen the roaches and heater not working he said they didn’t not have any more rooms for me, I then kindly ask for refund he agreed to refund, but again the Hotel manager rudely came from the office yelling “ YOUR NOT GETTING A REFUND”….. my child & I had no where to go she didn’t have a care in the world plus she didn’t try to help or resolve the issue , she needs to be fired honestly . There was one guy with strip button down shirt (Wish I could’ve got his name) that was a gentleman and very professional, he tried to explain but again the manager was so RUDE. I have never experienced this with any hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY , & honestly CODE OF LITTLE ROCK NEED TO inspect and shut it down which I will be making that call. If I’m lien roll the cameras back if they even work . PS: I WANT MY DAMN REFUND
