Avoid at all costs! I should have read reviews before staying. I arrived late because my flight was delayed and there were people smoking pot in the elevator and doing drugs in the hallway. The room smelled like wet dog. I didn’t stay the night and got another hotel.

Rooms smelled, TV's didn't work so they transferred us to another room, when we got there the TV was much smaller and there was no batteries in the remote control. The shower curtain and rod was hanging down, the light in the bathroom didn't work. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The free breakfast advertisement was a joke, it was basically a table with a few breakfast bars.

room was next to the supplies/hotel laundry/cleaning room that was being accessed the entire time I was there. hallway was very noisy because of the cleaning staff. the hallway smelled terrible. very musty and like someone had been smoking indoors as well. front desk staff was not friendly

The location and price was the reason that I selected this hotel, but the employees are the reason that I am giving it the highest rating (Maxine Phillips). She was busy but so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and ready early and she was happy to accommodate the early arrival. She took the time to walk outside to point out restaurants within walking distance. She even called the room to make sure everything was to our liking.

Room was very clean and quiet. AC unit was quiet as well and efficient. Very comfortable bed and great hot water for showers. Also AM breakfast included had great dark Colombian coffee with pastries, muffins, and granola bars. Room had great kitchen setup with nearly full sized fridge/freezer unit.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in original room. Hallways smelled terrible. Construction going on in rooms next door and all of those rooms contents were blocking the hallway. Rooms not very clean at all. Kitchen backsplash and fridge door absolutely filthy. Mattress was cheap/firm and very uncomfortable.

The room and hotel was absolutely horrible. Paint was peeling, rusted refrigerator, headboards not clean,reeked of marijuana smell on the second floor, and to top it off they had roaches the roaches were everywhere when the lights went out! The roaches were way more comfortable then we were. You would have better luck staying somewhere else! This hotel did not even come close to exceeding standards. We were told by housekeeping they only clean every 14 days or if there is a check-out. You have to take out your own trash and ask for fresh linen. There are no seals on the bottom of their doors leading to the hallways so the roaches will travel from room to room. We were told they did not have any maintenance/ pest control over the weekend nor did they have any spray to assist with the issue. You might as well bring your own cooking equipment and utensil because they do not keep in the room you would have to check it out from the front desk. we didn’t even bring food to the room due to the pest problem.

The location was perfect in close proximity for all the events we had planned.

The breakfast was terrible. ‘Grab and go’ does not mean that it cannot be fresh! There was no fresh food, such as croissants or fruit. There were oats, but no milk to make them.

The front desk person could not help me get in my room. The keys would not work. Tried 3 times. Was told the manager picked that room for me and she couldn't change it. She tried calling her manager finally after an hour I was put in another room and there were bugs in the ac unit and the sink and fridge. I had to sleep and get to the airport at 5am so I stayed but super disappointed
