The pool was absolutely freezing. The beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was really good. The size of the rooms was good too. I like that it's close to major restaurants and stores.

We were with grandkids and were planning on swimming. The heater was out, and we were not able to use it. 😥 Our bathtub did not look like it had been cleaned ; there was still hair in it from the last people staying there.

The lady at the front desk was really sweet...she made you feel welcomed.

The pool wasn't working and that's the only reason I went there because my daughter wanted to go swimming. There was a sign taped to the window stating if you want to swim anyway let front desk know but when I checked the water it was so cold - way to cold for a child to swim in. I do have to say though the breakfast was good and the rooms were ok. The wifi worked well and staff was ok and to the point with any questions I had

We have ALWAYS had daily cleaning service on multiple night stays and we’re not informed that this had changed. It was disappointing to return in the evening to find that nothing had been done to the room. They did bring us a couple of clean towells and emptied a trash can after we contacted the desk. The quality and taste of breakfast has deteriorated.

The room was nice, clean, and what we’ve come to expect from Comfort Hotels. The location was convenient to major highways and restaurants.

The bathroom could use a remodel. The tub wasn't very clean and the carpet wasn't very clean either.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly.

The front desk girl checked us in but when we got up to the room and saw that it was a king bed with pull out couch, I immediately called down to the desk. We had reserved a suite with 2 queen beds. I felt like she didn’t believe me. I went down to the desk to ask for an additional pillow or two and to show her my room confirmation details on booking.com. She told me she didn’t have another room for us and gave me 1 pillow. I just felt like it didn’t matter to her. She just could have been kinder and at least apologized for the mix up, I had already told her we would make do with the room but would like some extra pillows because our daughter was now going to face to sleep in a pull out couch instead of a bed.

The location was just right and it was clean.

Nice location which is close to the airport. The room is very nice and clean. I like the breakfast.

The spa in the pool area was closed (it had no water and was covered with boards). I chose this hotel over others because I knew after nine hours in a car I wanted to relax in a hot tub. No one mentioned it at check-in, so I put on my suit and headed down and had to turn around and go back.

The breakfast was excellent!

Carpet in our room was sticky and surfaces were dusty. Couldn’t tell if the room hadn’t been used for a while or they didn’t clean surfaces. No hot food for breakfast when we ate at 9:30 with our three children, although they said breakfast runs until 10am. If it’s open, then food should be available until close.

There was so much chlorine in the pool our eyes were burning and we didn’t even go under. They ran out of bottled water for sale. No towels in pool area.

The tub in the shower looked dirty. However, when I made them aware of it, housekeeping came up & tried to clean it. But, it was rust so it wouldn't come off, John explained that they are waiting for a remodel.

The staff was great, especially Stacey and John. We had a situation with the smoke detector not stopping once it was set off by steam from the shower & John, the GM, came back from hs home & took care of it. All the while,Stacey was trying her best to get it to stop. Then, once it was fixed, Stacey brought us a care pkg of snacks. I will definitely stay there again.

Staff was rude. I was told different information by different employees. Very difficult getting a refund from nights I did not stay. I was charged a different amount every day until I finally had to call bank and cancel my debit card. After a week the motel finally made right on my charges but it was a headache getting there. No response from the property and had to message booking to take care of the situation. Nice place but strange and rude employees who did not seem to be on the same page.
