We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt’s right next to the exit, and there is a truck stop on the other side of the highway. So big trucks were getting off the exit and using their air brakes and from inside the room it was kind of loud. Approximately as loud as the TV on volume 5. So if you are a heavy sleeper like me you can manage. But if you are not then you might find the noise to be too loud. Maybe on the other side of the hotel It’s better. My room Was closest to the exit ramp so it was very noticeable.
Nice and clean. In good repair, smelled good when I entered. Bed was comfortable. Service desk was very nice.

United StatesThis hotel is conveniently located right by the interstate and is a very easy on/off place to stay for the night. It is located in a rural / small town area but there are some restaurants and stores, which is great if you are traveling with a family and need some options! Overall, this is a clean, safe and quiet hotel to stop and spend the night as you're traveling across route 80.

United StatesWeird policies across the board. Very high priced for the level of lodging offered Like truck stop lodging. Pets were omnipresent, noisy, and clientele at this location was sketchy. I don't know if I would stay at a facility which allowed pets, again. We have lots of animals... we pay someone to watch them. We have a cat, a horse, and a half dozen chickens.
No breakfast at all. No restroom in the lobby. I have never been to a hotel with no guest restroom in the lobby. One of staff members was very cranky. Rules at Red Roof are weird. Pre pay before guest stays for a certain period, then if that period is not fully stayed the guest has to petition corporate for money back. Return of funds can take several days to weeks. That is insane. I will try to stay away from Red Roof Inn as a destination.
