The shower knob was very tight, so we had to call someone to turn on the water for us. The swimming pool looked like it needed to be cleaned.

Our room was clean, quiet and spacious with windows facing the garden and river view but we couldn't unlock the window to go in the garden. The staff was available and responsive. Parking was available at no charge. The location was practical for us coming from Newport and going to Boston the next morning. The price was decent compared to other hotels.

Web site needs to be updated. Web site said hot breakfast included, nothing, just coffee, when I asked about it, I was told they stopped due to covid, also microwave didn't work

Although there is a River view for many of the rooms, there are no chairs to sit on outside on the balconies or terraces. Some fixtures in the rooms are broken.

The hotel is convenient to beaches, restaurants & shopping.

Told front desk about partner coming and to please give him a key for my room and they did not let him to the room while i was showering because when the front desk switched shifts I guess the information got lost? It was on the computer so i find that hard to believe so i ran to the lobby in my towel since my room was the first room to the right. The same lady at the desk that didnt appreciate my entrance also stole my wallet and lied about it when I was checking out. My glasses were broken and i cannot see anything without them, so i could not use the phones for the front desk because i could not read the phone in the room. Everything else was great, the room had a little fridge for snacks and drinks and there was a microwave. the room was very dusty and the sheets smelled like attic. Bathroom was 100% sanitary and clean ! Cleaning staff was so kind to me and I thank them for trying to help me search for my wallet that I know was taken out of spite. When i tried to call the business afterwards, my call kept getting forwarded.

Pool had no towels. Bathtub did not work Very loud at night people in hall babies crying. Broken window covered with lose plastic and duck tape kept falling off window. Not enough pillows on bed When i booked the room it was suppose to be $153 ended up being $191

My first room had no air conditioning so I had to switch rooms. Not the cleanest and some odors were appalling. Limited channels on T.V..

Tired and dated. Some decor was in shoddy condition. Microwave and fridge looked ancient. No easy way to get water; only one packet of coffee in the room.

There were lots of people partying loudly in and around the property. kids were running wild through the halls until late at night. it was VERY over priced.

It was family friendly- it had a clean indoor pool, a playground set and plenty of room to roam.

The parking lot is full of potholes. The building seemed a bit run down and needed a lot of maintenance and updating.

Liked the safety and security of the building. Loved being next to the water. The indoor pool was an added bonus. Check in was very easy and quick. Rooms were cleaned each day.
