The wash machines were crusty and dirty. I stayed over 1 week and needed to use their outside machines. Changed my mind due to the conditions of their machines.

The location provided easy access to travel for business and shopping. The sound of the traffic on the highway was barely noticeable. The staff was very accommodating with extending my stay and everything else. The propety was clean and safe. I felt very comfortable. I would stay again.

The water had a really bad smell when showering and the rooms were really stuffy. It took a long time to get comfortable.

The breakfast was lacking in drinks, just had coffee to drink and milk. Limited on any real breakfast items, just waffles and cereal and bread - like mini muffins, bagels, toast and English's muffins. Room must have had some kind of bugs. We saw a roach or two, but it is Florida so what do you expect. My mother was bitten by something which caused her arm to swell and itch.

Location is good for our needs. Room was spacious and queen size beds were good for our needs. AC work and kept the room at a comfortable temperature for us. The staff was very helpful and straightened up the room in between nights. This hotel is the nicest for the price in MacClenny, Fl. We stay there often.

The bed was Hard... Not much for the FREE breakfast. The toles little and hard.. Looked l people wasn't just visiting they lived there.

I do not like hotel breakfast bars, period. They offer poor food, the bar is usually a mess for everybody who doesn't arrive within the first 10 minutes it opens, and people come in disheveled and half-asleep. The breakfast bar here was mercifully sparse on food - Fruit Loops and Corn Flakes, toast and honey buns and cinnamon pinwheels, bananas, coffee, tea and juice. I would get coffee and pinwheels for my wife and me to have while we were getting ready to go out for the day, then get a regular breakfast at Sixth Street Steakhouse. I recommend that Red Roof MaccLenny pare down their breakfast even further - to a coffee bar with some packaged breakfast pastries and a bowl of fruit and leave it at that.

This is an economy lodging that offers clean rooms and decent beds in a good location for visitors to MaccLenny, Florida. Our room was cleaned every day we were there and we received fresh towels. My wife has mobility issues and she was able to shower safely because there were well-placed grab bars available. The beds are decent and we were able to get a good's night's sleep. It is close to the interstate, but our room was on the side opposite the interstate and things were reasonably quiet.

had to change rooms because heater didn’t work and TV didn’t work. New room the heater worked but had to reinstall cable connection. Terrible little coffee maker that makes terrible coffee.

The toilet in the room did not flush and the breakfast had limited variety with the waffle machine having no batter and the bread had run out. The bread was rectified and the duty manager did his best to help but really should've been better prepared.

The rooms were good and roomy. The beds were comfortable. For the money I could live with the short comings.

Very kind, professional, efficient front desk staff. Room was worn out, towels and bed covers had stains, tub enamel was worn and tub mat area was stained and old. Easy to park at the door, fire ants in the grassy area where I walked the dog. Construction site across the street just starting up.
