We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI didn't like that it was old. There was a musty smell in the room. The air conditioner was too hot or too cold (we think because the thermostat was too far away from the unit). The pool was not open even though other hotels had their pools open. There was no breakfast as stated in your ad. We stayed at another hotel who gave us choices and bagged our breakfast. WE took it to our room and microwaved the egg. There was a breakfast bar, muffins and something else in the bag. They had fresh juice, coffee and tea in the usual breakfast place. I felt we did not get our money's worth mostly because of the lack of a breakfast.
I liked that the room was clean.
