The hotel is located in front of the main road, the room was clean, but basic necessities were missing, including a water boiler, a coffee maker, and a telephone, the next door guest was making noise almost the entire night, so I wanted to contact reception, but there was no telephone, so I could not sleep overnight.

Being recently remodeled doesn't mean is clean, there were hairs stuck on the tiles like other comments describe. The bed cover was really old, there were fibers coming out and looked dirty, the sheets had hairs stuck to them, it made us question wether the sheets and pillows were cleaned prior to our arrival. NOISY!! Planes fly over the hotel every now and then. Busy street means, constant cars passing by, making a lot of noise. The room door leaks noise and light onto the room, making outside noise easier to hear. Shady people around the hotel.

The place was close to our work place, it was recently remodeled and gated.

Loud Nextdoor neighbors. Music could be heard clearly into our room. This was an issue the 2 nights that I stayed there. Both nights property manager was made aware but music was only turned down (and we could still hear it). First night I was not able to sleep till 2:30am due to this issue and the yelling that was coming from the other room. Other than that everything else was good.

Facility was clean and well stocked.

We arrived late (10pm) so check in was done through a screened window. As strange as it may seem, we stayed for two nights and didn't have a room key. There was a problem with the door and every time we arrived an employee had to open the room for us. I asked if there was a good room for us and was told that this was the good room! There is no breakfast.

It appears that the flooring in the room and bathroom was recently renovated and the furniture in the room looked new.

A deposit of $100 is required upon check-in. That was a surprise. It's to ensure people don't smoke or have noisy parties. You also have to check in through a walkup window after hours which tells me the area is a bit sketchy. there were no hangers in the room.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room had been recently refreshed. The bathroom was brand new and spotless. The furniture was functional, but a bit dated.

Cable TV didn't work. Wifi was a little iffy but got the job done. My check-in experience was not the best only because there was a misunderstanding on my end. Visitors are not allowed which is understandable. I didn't appreciate getting a call to my room and being accused of having a visitor when I clearly reserved the room for TWO people. Regardless, my stay was good and I would stay there again. Thank you Hotel Elan for making Christmas possible for me this year!

Convenient location and the lady who checked me out on my day of departure. She was quick and efficient.

Our room had been “updated” with new sink, light up mirror and large walk in shower… However there was paint/grout splattered all over the chair and floor (which made the floor look dirty, but wouldn’t come off even after I mopped it). The shower floor was covered in hair and when I attempted to clean it I realized whoever sealed the tile also sealed in the hair! So it looks super dirty, but isn’t. Also whatever they sealed it with is super sticky and your feet will stick to the shower floor. I would suggest wearing shower shoes or laying a towel down. So, it actually looks dirtier than it actually is. They just did a half assed job on the renovations. But good for the price I guess.

No drama or loud neighbors… Very quiet hotel. Right next door to a parking lot with multiple taco trucks that seem to stay open pretty late. Also about a block or less to Denny’s and an upscale taqueria.

This hotel is getting a remodel and they gave us one of the new rooms, it was done very nice inside. The hotel has a long way to go but you can tell they are hard at work.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a pillow on one of the beds that had an 8 inch diameter wet spot on it of an identifiable substance. There were hairs on one of the blankets. There were three prostitutes soliciting on the street in front of the hotel. The property felt very unsafe and definitely not appropriate for a family with children.

Floor corners look dusty Bed shit have an old blood spot! Very disgusting! I work in hospitality and the important of a clean bed and room, makes feel very uncomfortable, I just covered and used a pillow case on the bed bc was to late and I was sleepy to request more shits… bathtub old with yellow spots make you feel is dirty, big towels way to small, outside of the room was grass earth area with pieces of broken glasses and more construction remodel maybe garbage staff
