Complete false advertisements... no breakfast offered no fridge in room......when I got here the guy in the office said I'll warn you the rooms don't look anything like the pics...hair all over the bathroom!

The new staff and the new management was great and will try to accommodate when they can. They have washing machine anddryer at the hotel which is an great thing *you have to paid to use it* and also the room was clean and smelling nice which was an plus for me.

Toilet didn’t refil properly. One light unplugged, then flickered, other didn’t work, Security box showed error but instructions unreadable Upper latch on door, broken off TV used 2 remotes, no instructions. Desk person said to use HDMI 1 but eventually discovered that HDMI 3 worked. Room was clean. Shouldn’t cleaning crew check lights, remotes, security box, broken security latches on the doors?

Everything was in bad condition. UNWASHED BEDDING (Pillows, blankets, etc). Stench of mold in here, some moldy thing in air condition(photo). After i showed this to staff, we got different room, but still unwashed and stenchy bedding, even garbage on floor. I would definitely chose different motel next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful, that’s the only good thing.

The floors were dirty, cigarette butts on the floor, sheets smelled awful, handicap bathroom had a tub and not a shower, the hand rail for the toilet did not allow to sit properly, no breakfast, breakfast area was used as storage

The pictures must be old because the hotel did not reflect what is pictured. The rooms weren't bad, but weren't great either. The whole facility needs some major upgrades. There were used condom wrappers in the parking lot, the air conditioner sounded like it might blow up at any moment and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The location was convnient, the woman at check in was friendly and the room itself wasn't bad.

Young lady at counter was great went well above to satisfy us on 4th Was finally clean and in exceptable condition. Had an issue witha room next door At 2 a.m loud music and partying second night was alot better

This is a worn property that needs lots of TLC. Based on the old design style of outside walkways these areas need regular cleaning ro avoid looking grungy. The stairways to the second level are in poor conditiom and storage of site garbage is too open and unsightly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We checked three room before deciding to stay. I commend the young man at thefront desk for his effort. Room selection was dictated by seeking the lowest level of residual chlorine. This property should review there cleaning procedure as adequate sanitization can be achieved without leaving strong residual odor. Finally it is misleading for booking websites to indicate that breakfast is available.

Rooms were not clean, sheets had burn holes in them, ashes on the headboard, tub was filthy with hair on the wall.. Bugs crawling under the door, toilet not flushing properly, and other guests disturbing the peace with fighting and knocking people doors... Staff throwing dirty laundry from the second floor, just ghetto and unprofessional.. Only decent thing about the hotel was the price

The staff was friendly, but the room was a dump. Our bathtub was clogged and it dripped to the first floor. They need to put a little more work into this hotel.

No towels in room, alot of dust in room which kept falling in my baby face, and first night when we woke up we woke up coughing we DNT know if it's cause of the dust or is it mold somewhere.. fruit flies was in the trash can... Sheets had black stains all over them not comfortable for us at all... Not planning on coming back....

Super dirty. The bed had stains and seemed as if it hasn’t been washed. One of the pillows smelled like throw up and also had stains. The bathroom barely functioned and the shower head would spray everywhere and fall off whenever you moved it. The shower curtains were disgusting and all the towels had dirt and what looked like blood stains on it. The beds made the majority of my family itchy at night.

location was great for my trip and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good TV and mini fridge.
