Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The new staff and the new management was great and will try to accommodate when they can. They have washing machine anddryer at the hotel which is an great thing *you have to paid to use it* and also the room was clean and smelling nice which was an plus for me.

United StatesOur first impression was of a car with the wheels removed parked in front of the room we were assigned. Children were playing ball in the parking lot as the Security guard watched and participated. This in itself is not a bad thing but it appeared that the children may have actually lived at the location. There was a deep gouge next to the lock of our door. The sofa had multiple cuts in the pleather. The mattress did. It fit the frame and was extremely soft and sgueaky. TV did not work. We actually vacated the property and found new accommodations. Probably should have done a better job vetting this property. I am sure it meets the criteria for some customers but didn’t meet my expectations.
The front desk person and person who cleaned the room were courteous and efficient.

One light unplugged, then flickered, other didn’t work, Security box showed error but instructions unreadable Upper latch on door, broken off TV used 2 remotes, no instructions. Desk person said to use HDMI 1 but eventually discovered that HDMI 3 worked. Room was clean. Shouldn’t cleaning crew check lights, remotes, security box, broken security latches on the doors?

Czech RepublicEverything was in bad condition. UNWASHED BEDDING (Pillows, blankets, etc). Stench of mold in here, some moldy thing in air condition(photo). After i showed this to staff, we got different room, but still unwashed and stenchy bedding, even garbage on floor. I would definitely chose different motel next time.
The staff was friendly and helpful, that’s the only good thing.

United StatesThe pictures must be old because the hotel did not reflect what is pictured. The rooms weren't bad, but weren't great either. The whole facility needs some major upgrades. There were used condom wrappers in the parking lot, the air conditioner sounded like it might blow up at any moment and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
The location was convnient, the woman at check in was friendly and the room itself wasn't bad.

United StatesThis is a worn property that needs lots of TLC. Based on the old design style of outside walkways these areas need regular cleaning ro avoid looking grungy. The stairways to the second level are in poor conditiom and storage of site garbage is too open and unsightly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We checked three room before deciding to stay. I commend the young man at thefront desk for his effort. Room selection was dictated by seeking the lowest level of residual chlorine. This property should review there cleaning procedure as adequate sanitization can be achieved without leaving strong residual odor. Finally it is misleading for booking websites to indicate that breakfast is available.
