Walked into reception and desk person was on phone the whole time she checked us in. Kind of rude. Shampoo was half full, like it had been used already. Bed was old and not very comfortable.

Room very clean and pretty quiet for being across from a truck stop.

Room was quite dirty. Stains on curtains. Multiple different colored stains on sheet. Visible cobwebs in corners with spiders. TV went in and out. Fridge not cold.

I booked this hotel one 2 separate occasions within one night of each other, and both rooms. I was originally checked in with neither one of them had running water. I let the front desk now, and they did get me into a room that was more accommodating, but still a little uneasy about it happening at all in the first place twice.

I was placed in a upstairs room even though there were vacant 1st floor rooms available. Also, the l location was not too desirable. Sandwiched in between 3 gas stations and a truck stop.w/ sounds of vehicle's driving along the interstate all night long. My sink was clogged with gunk so I had to clean it myself.

Well not good in the paper said that breakfast is included in the price when wee go in the morning is only coffee and muffins that's call continental breakfast they should remove that and put continental breakfast that is lying to the customer

1st evening I came down to front desk and without me saying a word the man points for me to go the window on outside of office despite the fact I was wearing a mask. When I asked for an extra pillow as I had an arm issue, he told me he would have to take a pillow from another room and he couldn't do that because they were full. This wasn't true as almost the entire length of rooms near ours didn't have guests as evidence by no one parked near us and also the curtains were wide open for unbooked rooms. Instead of the door peephole, they had paper stuffed into it. The pool was dirty, had a dead frog in it.

Geraldine the housekeeper was very friendly and highlight of our stay. The woman at check in was nice also. Location was near venue we came to Vero Beach for, not far also from beach or shopping acces.
