Deceiving: 1. staff working like they were obligated to do it, 2. no room service, room dirty, bathroom nasty.. including no toilet paper, bath fan, and air conditioner sounded an airplane departing. 3. beds/pillows were uncomfortable 4. breakfast was supposed to be included.....it was not even available (most likely would not have touched it) 5. all entryway glass doors and steps were dirty. (first impressions matter) 6. bad odor inside the room

The manager wasn't in the office. She was hanging-out in front of the hotel with a friend. I have to call several times so she can do the check-in. The hotel was smelly and the bedroom had a lot of mouse/insects traps...water was dripping in the bathroom, the bed covers were stained. I got concern because I started to have an allergy reaction to whatever was there. I was trying to figure out what was going on and I went to ask the manager why the room had 7 or more mouse/insect traps all over the room and if she was aware of any type of infestation. I was on disbelief and felt so disrespected because she gave me such a bad attitude....she screamed at me and told me to leave if I didn't like the room. I told her that I had a legit concern and I was breaking up with a rash which she didn't aknowledge and told me that I had it before. Which it was not true. She was very unprofessional. I got upset and asked for her supervisor she said that she was the supervisor. I asked for the management phone number and she refused to give it to me. I asked her to give me her name and she spelled her name and told me if I knew how to spell it. Her comment was very offensive and reflected her lack of people skills and management skills. I never felt so disrespected in mi life. While I was there another guess came downstairs asking for a bathroom shower curtain and they didn't have one. I tried to look online for a management number to make a complaint because the number was not display in any visible area on the lobby or in the office. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a number. This manager put us in a difficult situation and jeopardize our safety when she told me to return the key and leave the premises. She didn't care that it was late at night, I had hives in different part of my body. I was totally exhausted and at that point really upset because this manager was acting so unprofessional.

Overall about a 1.5/10 experience.

Bad stay the room was dirty and there were bugs 😑 this is the third time I've stayed here and I enjoyed my first two experiences. This time was different. To start the be had blood on it. Second there was roaches in the room not one but we killed two. The towel rack fell the second I grabbed a towel off it so I took them down and used the counter. Coffee maker was filled with old water.

The room was already occupied and had wait 90 mins for room to be cleaned. TV didn't work. Tub was dirty and didn't drain after we had to already wait for it to be cleaned. Towels were dirty. Front desk was ruid.

First room assigned wasn't cleaned, second room assigned was moldy and had bugs everywhere. Had to wait an hour and half at 2am until nearly 3:30am for a third room where the bed was slept on, had to request linen and make the bed myself, then had to request towels to replace the dirty ones already there. Then instead of the late checkout promised I was practically told to get out by the manager. I wish I had seen the help inspector who was on the premises so I could lobby my concerns and complaints. Never again

Room did not have shower curtain, contacted front desk without resolution. Room was not clean, 2 live cockroaches present inside room. Unknown female unlocked door in the middle of the night and attempted to enter room. I will never stay at this location again.

Had a smell and they had the room pretty hot but it did not take long to cool.

Good parking and not far off the highway though you do have go through a few exits, to exits to get to it. Older place but it has been updated and was nicer than expected. Lobby does not look like the pics online but the rooms do. Great hot water and water pressure. Very low lighting on the room and the curtains did not draw but it was fine. Great smart tv and lots of USB charging.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, had one functioning lightbulb and there were cockroaches. There was a lingering unpleasant smell in the hallway and visible disrepair throughout hotel including inside the room. The “pool” was half full of stagnant brown water.

Smoke detector kept beeping , the bed looked slept in , the door to patio didn’t lock . There was no phone in the room either . The hotel was dirty , looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time . Windows were gross , the tv didn’t fit the wall , power strip was hanging off the wall with tv , cable box and other plugs plugged in . I do not recommend anyone staying here . We asked for our money back and left .

My room at check in was not clean so we had to get moved to another room. There were roaches in the room the pool was not open even though it said it was online. The girls at check in were rude I will not be back.

The hotel was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. From food and cigarettes on the floors beginning outside the hotel. To the piles of what looked to be some sort of goo and food going up the stairs inside the hotel. It smelt like cigarettes and weed. Door to the hotel room was broken. One of the beds springs were completely shot. You could see body prints in it. Bathroom floors were so sticky my shoe came off my foot when I lifted my foot. When we turned on the air it smelt of mist and mildew.

The first room they gave me hasn't even been cleaned. Trash everywhere, bedding not changed. The second room smelled terrible, mold and cockroaches in the bathroom. Didn't stay there. When I checked out and told them they weren't even fazed. Tried to deny my refund back
