The door to go in and out of in the hallway to our room was unlocked 24 hours. As a woman traveling alone, that made me uncomfortable. It should have card access to the outside door into the hall for security, just like individual rooms.

It wasnt as aesthetically pleasing as expected. The shower was gorgeous though, but the bathroom fan didn’t work/exist. The pillows were lumpy and unsupportive.

My husband said the Mattress could've been a bit more firm for his liking. But the room was very clean and cozy.

THE RESERVATION SAID BREAKFAST INCLUDED; BUT THERE WAS NO BREAD, NO CHEESE, BUTTER, EGGS, VERY LITTLE ONLY CEREAL, OATS TO PREPARE AND A COUPLE OF APPLES, THEY HAVE ENTRY AT 4:00 PM AND OUT AT 11:00 AM, IN MY CASE BETWEEN NEAR 5:00 PM AND I ASKED TO LEAVE AT 12 NOON AND THEY REFUSED. LEAVE THE PLACE 9 AM. PRICE/SERVICE I THINK THEY DO NOT AGREE.

The fact that I had to park in front of the hotel right next to the busy street. Room was too hot. Sheets were on top of the comforter, so I could just remove the blanket and get comfortable.

Parking area was difficult. Toilet paper was 1 ply. Lighting inside the room was dim. Refrigerator didn’t get cold enough. Water took a terribly long time to get warm. No water pressure. No coffee pot. Breakfast included in the stay was cereal, which was disappointing.

It had an efficiency apartment feel.

Room 19 Shower didn't want to drain and almost ran over the side edge of shower. Couch is out dated, air conditioner was noisy Also no exhaust system in the bathroom

Heater makes room very dry. People came in room next to us at 3am. They were very loud in and out of room and woke us up from dead sleep. Shower fills up with water and doesnt drain quickly.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, one thing to note tho was our room was on the front of the building on a main road so you do see lights and hear cars at Night but it was walking distance to everything fun in hershey! Including the parks, the museums and chocolate world. We would definitely stay there again

Breakfast was pathetic Raisin Bran,Frosted Flakes, warm milk, very weak coffee and apples is all they offer! No elevator or luggage carts. Very dated and not the cleanest hotel.

The room was dated. The sofa had a dead bug on it when we arrived and there was a dead fly in the bathroom near the towels. This was the poorest excuse for a breakfast I've ever seen! Breakfast consisted of 2 kinds of cereal with lukewarm milk, instant oatmeal with lukewarm water, apples, coffee, and juice. They should not really say they offer breakfast. No one is at the front desk...you have to dial 0 to call for someone to come assist you with check in etc. Windham should do better.

It was close to Hershey Chocolate World / Hershey Park. It was quiet and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The free breakfast served was just of Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes, oatmeal, apples, water, and orange juice. I booked with HJ because I’ve been to other locations with low prices and great breakfasts. I still had to go out and buy breakfast so I didn’t really save any money booking here. I asked for an extra set of linens and bath towels and was told I was only allowed to get another pillow and blanket. When asked about extra bath towels, I was questioned on why I needed them and if I’ve turned in dirty towels yet. It was just really weird. I’ve never been asked why I needed extra linens and such. Great location and it was clean, but next time I would spend extra to stay in a neighboring hotel.
