Towels were stained. Our room was above one of the exits and there were a few people that had to smoke cigarettes and weed every 10 mins so we not only could smell the stink, the loud noise of the door opening and closing a million times kept us up. There were a few people working on a truck in the parking lot most of the night. Only warm water in the shower and not much pressure. Not much bedding on the bed. Was fine for me as I sleep hot but hubby would if liked more than a sheet for bedding.

There wasn't much in the breakfast room that we liked so we just grabbed a couple bananas. Bed was pretty comfortable.

Just lukewarm water - never got hot;. Blanket was so thin, no bedspread, had to ask for additional blankets of which I got the last of due to a laundry staff shortage

I asked for quiet room and the road noise was bad. The neighbors were noisy till 4 am playing their tv loud and opening and shutting doors early in the morning. A bit expensive for the benefit. At 4 am a homeless vehicle was in the parking lot that was very loud when it ran. It had garbage on it and ran loudly in the parking loud for about 30 min. I thought I was dreaming or in a horror movie.

The bed was comfortable. The room wad clean. The breakfast was good.

Low water pressure in shower. No soap dish or holder in shower. Toilet rocked. Refrigerator was set so low that it froze everything. managed to reset it.

That I was charged an additional $10 after I left and checked out of the facility. Although the $10 increase was previously discussed, I think it should have been charged at the time of check-in when I paid for the room, instead of being charged to my card after I'd already left the facility and there was no way of verifying with me that I approved of the charge.

They hold your credit card for an extra 150.00 for security and you have to remind them to release the hold before you leave. Also the free breakfast is old banana, apples, cereal, and toast

The pool was dirty and the handle was loose. The breakfast was all carbs, and no milk for the cereal. The fitness room only had a treadmill and the only restroom available for the lobby. The vending machine got stuck when trying to disperse my water. The towels were too small and the shower smelled like mildew.

Our rooms floor needed moped, the bathroom had a lot of damage for example, the toilet water just ran, the towel rod was hanging off the wall on one side, the bathroom door did not lock and the bars that supported the bathroom sink were caved into the wall causing the sink to tilt to one side.

The location was good and the staff member that checked us in was great.
