No curfew for kids at pool, trying to sleep and couldn't because of nosie levels at pool. 3 people given only washcloths in room and shower floor rug, no towels!!

It doesn’t look like the pictures posted online. Towels were stained. The bathroom door in our room has seen better days. No ice machines. No housekeeping so each time you need towels you have your walk to the front desk. When we checked in there were two people at the front desk but only one seemed to be workinb. The young lady never looked up from her phone even though people were waiting in line.

The roach we saw upon entering the room. Broken door Deadbolt. Short commode, short shower head. Out dated everything, included elevator. Linens were stained. Staff at desk mumbled when speaking to me, I had to ask him to keep repeating himself. He was carrying a book bag on his back, and ear phones attached to his head. Not very professional.

Location. Comfortable bed, although the bed was small. They had a pop machine.

No Ice machine Had to get ice from office. NO ICE MACHINE. WE HAD TO SWITCH ROOMS WHEN WE GOT THERE BECAUSE ROOM 210 T.V.WAS BLURRED. LIGHT IN BATHROOM DID NOT WORK. OUTLET IN BATHROOM DID NOT WORK.NO BLOW DRYER .. 😳 V

No breakfast 😢 Restaurant in hotel was closed down.

I did not like anything. I start with the entrance staff who were not at all friendly. Little animals came out of the bed all the time and climbed on top of us. The TV had no signal and we couldn't watch anything because it was frozen and the toilet was clogged. The WiFi did not reach the room. A complete disaster.

The room didn't have a proper phone connection no light bulbs in lamp and walls were cracked from foundation cracking and people were loud all night pool was not functional nor filled lots of issues with other rooms

Front desk, 3different staff members, have very poor customer service. Not friendly at all. Had to ask twice for a tv remote and then had to go back to the room to come back and let him know what kind of tv was in our room. Broken picture hanging in our room was the first thing we saw. One of our rooms had excellent beds, but ours had very uncomfortable thin mattresses that you feel every spring. Was hoping to swim, but pool was being painted. Need to notify people online that it doesn’t open until May 25.

During my checkin, the maintenance guy was definitely not professional. Cussing all loud to the front desk over whether or not he asked for towels.

We only got two towels for 3people , no wash cloths and the tv didn't work. When we called the front desk the said we had to wait til the next day for the tv to get fixed and to get more towels and wash cloths and then the next day I had to buttowels cause they syaid still no towels ava

The hotel needs a major renovation, the first day the door knob fell off, there was no TV control and they did not clean any day of my stay.

The staff and condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The first room I was given was very dirty, and we had to be moved. At check-in, they give you a spiel about discount show tickets. The hotel was run down, and you could smell marijuana constantly. People were smoking it everywhere. Not that I care, but it is not what you expect in a tourist town like Pigeon Forge. They also require a $75 deposit, which I was not informed of until check-in. I was told I would get it back upon check-out but have yet to receive it. I would not recommend this hotel. Also, the locks on the doors do not work.

No towels our entire stay. Used the same 4 small hand towels for 3 people the entire 3 day stay. No shower curtain. No coffee pot. Very overpriced for what it was.

Great location for rod run activities. It was clean. The staff was nice and spoke English.

We arrived and waited 45 minutes for a room to be ready. When we got into the room, there were no towels. Went to front desk and when I asked for towels, a blonde heavy set lady looked at me like...wth. I said, there are no towels, aren't they included with my stay. She just rolled her eyes. The tall very thin guy went to laundry and took about 10 minutes for him to return. Bed was very squeaky on the side closest to door. I believe that side of bed is broken.

Cleaner room. Have linens in the room. Have elevator working if you put people on upper floors.

No breakfast. Room wasn't real clean. Had a man with another key try to come into my room, said he was looking for another room which was on the other side of building. Location is good. Price was ok for the days I was there but would have stayed longer if price didn't double and more for the weekend. No linens. Elevator didn't work properly

When we first arrived a couple had to come back down to get towels and toilet paper because there were none in their room after being cleaned. Everyone had to bring their old towels down to the front desk in order to get new ones. We didn’t have a remote to our tv so I had to go to front desk to get a remote. I knew there was a deposit- no biggie. For some reason I thought they had already took the deposit, again, no biggie. Paid it $75. Then the maintenance man had to chime in and say, “yea we have that deposit because people like to steal the tvs out of the rooms.” Sir, I am here with my family on vacation. I do not want your tv. I have plenty at home. lol then I over hear him talking to the front desk. I guess a refrigerator wasn’t working in one of the rooms. He said, “I’ll go get them a bag of ice because I’m not switching that out tonight while they’re in there.” The frame is smaller than the mattress. My husband woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and the whole mattress flipped on my side. Which we did get a laugh out of it while he was helping me off the ground but that is not how I wanted to be woken up haha Lastly, BED BUGS!!!!! I checked the beds like I normally would staying at a hotel. First night, nothing. Second night, when I woke up Sunday morning I counted 16 bites just on my arms. No one else in my family got bitten but I welt up when I get bite and I immediately knew. 4 days later and I still have bites on me. So we went straight to a laundromat and washed everything we brought with us.

Location! Within walking distance of “the island,” shopping, food and go karts. Price but you get what you paid for.

The beds made noise. They where people outside all night making noise. The door kelped getting stuck. Not enough towels for 4 adults. No coffee maker.
