The bathroom was dirty and has mold, the fire alarm was removed and there was a broken dirty recliner in the room.

I didn't like that there was no internet service and I didn't like that the two nights I stayed there I couldn't sleep in because between 8:45am and 9:00am the housekeepers will start cleaning the empty rooms and they are back and forth in and out letting the door slam I guess not realizing there are some guest still asleep or just don't care that some guess are still asleep. I don't believe it's the latter because the entire staff was quite friendly.

I like that the staff was very friendly....front desk clerk, housekeepers and all. I like the fact they don't require a deposit to be held on my credit card that I have to remember to check periodically to make sure it's returned.

The room wasn't very clean. Floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Was an old rag in the shower curtain. Trash under chairs. And the bed was made of metal so anytime you moved, it sounded like you were banging on something metal

Cleanliness could be better: quite a bit of hair on bathroom floor, and the fridge had some pink sticky stuff spilled on a shelf. Otherwise, nicely clean. Towels were missing. Staff quickly got some for us. Sink faucet literally gave only a trickle of water (hot or cold). Half of bathtub handle was missing. Almost inch gap between bottom of room door and threshold. Walls did not provide a lot sound barrier. Booking.com has the rating as "passable" and I agree with that.

The furniture/room design/decoration had a bit of a Scandinavian feel. Location was convenient.

We waited an hour for them to change us to another room because tv didn't work. They didn't tell us to come back to office to do it wasted an hour. The MAJUANA smell all over hotel

The front desk clerk was rude and not helpful at all. The Room wasn't that clean. I also asked for room service while we were out and when I returned the room had not been touched. I offered to clean it myself if they would give me some cleaning stuff the housekeeper refused to give me anything didn't even want to let me hold the broom. They also must had a shortage on towels because I had to wait until after 6pm to get any more towels. The comforter has burn holes in them and the sheets were stained. I had to clean my own room and change the sheets to.

The price was great considering it was the weekend.

It was very busy at all hours. You can hear every single sound and there is a lot of yelling/talking loud and activity so its hard to sleep. When we arrived I found two pills in the floor ( I always check because we travel with our dogs) and they were both prescription and lethal to my furbabies. The bed was terrible. We joked that it was an air mattress with a tarp for a cover. Pretty accurate. Bring your own pillows (we had to go buy two at walmart) as well as blankets. The cover is a very thin, silk -like material. Air freshener or a candle to mask the weed smell is also a good thing to bring.

We travelled 8+ hours for a wedding in Shreveport. We took three small dogs with us and had to leave them there for the 5hours we were attending the wedding. The dogs barked the ENTIRE TIME and I know they could be heard all over that place! The staff tried their best to be nice and understanding and that is so much appreciated! They never once were rude to us.

First it was the man at the front desk. He stopped mid check in to take a personal call. I waited for a long time. When it was time to pay, he received another personal call. I asked if I should take my card out of the reader and he gave me a finger indicating for me to wait. RUDE! I asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. Well that’s what I thought. Cigarette holes in the sheets and cover. The room didn’t seem clean. Felt like they had just “picked up” and said that’ll do for the next guest. the white towels had dirt stains, the tv was stuck on B.E.T because I couldn’t change the channel and the water came out of the sink slow. Book somewhere else. I know you may wanna save a little money but sis/bro spend the extra $20 and go somewhere else fr. You deserve comfort ❤️

The beds were small and very uncomfortable..had me and my wife backs hurting..sink was totally stopped up, especially doing the time of covid..we had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the bathtub..It was a guest staying there with a dog. the dog tried to bite me and my kids, plus they didn't have a collar or leash on the dog..I don't mind, Pet friendly hotels,but, there is a leash law. have control of ur dog at all times.
