First off that b**** that works morning shift at the front desk with the blonde hair needs to have her attitude checked. (Sorry for my language) I have never in my life been treated like that as soon as I open my door for a worker. She was extremely rude and had the worst attitude ever. After I even tried being polite and letting her know we had a late check-out at 12 (check-out is usually 11) she raised her voice at me and said that they never do late check-outs even though it was her boss that okayed it. That woman needs to be fired before she runs off all your guest with her hatefulness. Lastly our room we stayed in the shower head sprayed the ceiling so much it causes mold on it.

So we loved staying here. The older lady that works overnight at the front desk and the older gentleman that works second shift at the front desk was fantastic. They are the reason we keep coming back. Keep up the great work y'all!

The bed was really uncomfortable and the breakfast was wrong. You had to feel out a piece of paper to put in your order each day so the second day we didn't get breakfast. The one day we got breakfast one of the 3 things we got was right.

The location was good and the room was good and the staff was good. The price for the room was reasonable.

Breakfast was just Granola bars. Needs updating, but I think they're working on that. Fan in bathroom was very loud.

There was not much choice yogurt, cereal, etc… we moved and drove 2500 miles staying at one bad Wyndham hotel after another. The only good one was in Guntersville AL.

The front desk person required $100 retainer when checking in. At check out it took her an extremely long time to get room inspected to be able to get that written off my credit card at check out since a couple other people were checking out and she took a while inspecting those rooms before checking my room out. She mentions she does not trust any hotel guests due to a prior bad experience. Truly not enjoyable person. Also, there was no breakfast for me or my daughter, since I had not filled out the form prior to 6 AM. ( per her words) There was barely enough towels & wash rags for the two of us.

The windows were filthy, the carpets were dirty Low water pressure Saw a cockroach and the elevator smelled like bug spray Sheets and towels had stains but we carry our own

Due to covid breakfast was limited to danishes,fruit and coffee which was disappointing but understandable, however, the danishes were stale Great location Burger King out front served breakfast Centrally located for all adventures All the employees were kind and accommodating which is why we stayed

There’s construction shed right next to the entrance door and blocked the view. And the toilet made loud noise when flushed. The funny thing is they handed us the breakfast paper upon arrival, we thought we just gave the paper and eat at the lobby. Apparently we had to circle out the choice and handed back to the front desk. Then he gave us the brown shack filled with the food we picked….we only got the coffee from the lobby.

Website showed a pool and they didn't have a pool. Free breakfast consisted of breakfast bars and danishes. No real food. The whole second floor smelled like weed.

I didn't know that this hotel would require a deposit.. I mean I don't mind if I'm told up front .. then when I checked out I was advised it could take 5-10 business days to get it back?!! That's just ridiculous! This is a one star hotel at best. The lobby is run down, they have a used thrift store sofa in the lobby that's nasty. I stayed on the 2nd floor and it smelled horrible! I mixture of weed, old dirty carpet , body order and curry. I arrived at night and the outside looks good but the inside is dated , run down and nasty. The only good thing is the beds were clean. It blows my mind that they require a security deposit.. then I had to wait for the room to be inspected before I checked out. I travel for work and stay in a lot of places, I've never had this happen. I definitely will not ever stay here again.
