Staff did not answer the bell, rang three different times, over 10 minute period. Called, spoke to someone. They located my reservation, said they would send someone to help. Waited close to 10 minutes, gentleman did not speak English, wanted to use an app on his phone to Translate. Had no idea how to check me in, called someone and they spoken Spanish to walk him through the process.

I ended up staying two nights and they charged me more than my booking prices the second day, and they wanted to charge me even more for them to wash my towels for the second day. So I had to keep my dirty towels I refuse to pay more than 63 dollars for another day just for clean towels

There is no housekeeping so you have to ask for fresh towels, trash bags, and even toilet paper. The pool-facing rooms are humid which makes the floor and bedding somewhat damp. There's no one at the desk in the evenings so if you need any assistance, you'll have to wait until morning.

Lobby and halls dark and weren't clean, carpets very worn and dirty, rooms smelled like smoke, first room wasn't clean, so had to move from 2nd floor to 1st and carry all our things down the stairs...

The lady that checked me in was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the first room I was given had no heat but on the bright side she immediately corrected the issue and got me into another room right away and took the time to go herself to ensure that I would have heat and everything was good to go in the second room..

Clearly being remodeled, Ice machine broken, hall carpets stained and filthy. Outside doors card readers broken resulting in doors constantly being propped open. Lack of towels and bed sheet elastic non existent on fitted sheet. Obvious need to purchase towels and linens.

Roxanne at the front desk was extremely helpful, hunting down a sheet I could make fit the bed correctly as well as washcloths which were not in the room. She went over and beyond to try and meet my requests. The pool was open and appealing. The room was well laid out and had new floors. The bed was comfortable.

No extras except fridge and TV. No hair dryer anymore, no shower had to take a bath, no cups for drinks or brushing teeth, no coffee pot, no breakfast. No one at desk after 11 pm.

I arrived in the afternoon to freshen up before the wedding I came to attend. The ring did not bring anyone to the check-in desk. I waited 20 minutes and called the posted number. The ringing phone had been left at the desk. I left a message that I was trying to check-in. Nearly 45 minutes later I got a return call. The room was clean, but had no drinking cups. I had no idea where to get ice. The pool was not clean enough to swim in

The room we had was terrible. The door seemed like it was getting stuck and had a issue closing We had no bath towels in the bathroom. The lights in the bathroom were burned out. And the bed was not comfortable at all. Sorry for the bad review but I was expecting more for the price I paid for my one night stay.

We had a room without a window. Near the swimming pool and people were swimming well past midnight (and they were loud), Security is a concern since every outside door was propped open with a rock or a mat. T.V. did not work. Way too much Frebreeze was used in the room.

It appears they are working on the property & so it's not the most cleanly. The rooms are clean though & very comfortable. The price was awesome. Will plan to stay there again.
