Breakfast was extremely expensive and overpriced for a very slow service.

Good location for Beale street. Room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking was quick and efficient. Hotel has an amazing rooftop bar with great views over the Mississippi river.

Since it was Friday night and we were right on Beale street, the noise level was very loud until midnight. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The location was perfect for us. We attended a concert at Orpheum Theater and it was just a short walking distance.

The ice machine on the sixth floor I stayed on didn't work the 3 days I was there.

How to use the complementary breakfast should be explained at check-in. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Only thing I didn't like was the parking charge but there is a garage across the street.

Every was really nice. Staff was really nice, all of them. The gentleman that helped with our luggage on arrival and departure service was exceptional.

Can only valet park on site which is extra 32 dollars per day. The pool is as cold as a plunge pool. My kids who are avid swimmers didn't even want to go in it. The lobby had intermittent sewer smell. The bar service was slow and draft beer out of service. The rooms are in need of a deep clean - dirty floors and splash marks on headboards.

We loved the central location and walked everywhere including Beale street, riverfront and the farmers market. We also walked to main street trolley stop. The beds are very comfortable.

For the price we were paying for the room, there were a couple of disappointments. The entire floor REAKED of marijuana. This is by no means the fault of the staff or the hotel, but it was disgusting. The coffee set up only had that powdered creamer and only 2 cups. It was terrible. And there was no option for decent complementary coffee in the lobby. Liquid creamer and/or a coffee station in the lobby is pretty standard in much lower priced facilities. It was disappointing to wake up to a Motel 6 level coffee station. Also, you were really stingy with the towels and washcloths. We had to request extras every day. That being said, the staff was great about bringing it to us.

The staff was amazing and the location was great for the events we were attending. We were there on a very busy weekend and were truly amazed at how attentive and present the staff was. They went out of their way to help us with any question or need. We loved being just steps from Beale St. and the riverfront. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to be for the weekend. The bathrobes were awesome as was the shower. The way it was glassed in made it more like a steam room and it was great!

There was no room service. Arriving to check in was a bit chaotic. The space for arriving cars to valet is compact and didn't have signage or instructions. The bellhop (an older woman) complained about other younger employees not showing up to work. As guest we didnt need to know that

The valet service was probably the worst I’ve ever seen. The staff was slow and had no clue what they were doing, could put together an intelligible sentence to save their lives. They claim with using the texting system we would get a response with the time our car would be ready but usually within 5 minutes. The first time we used it, I received a message back we are too busy right now just bring your ticket to the valet stand and wait for your car. 25 mins later we finally got our car. The morning we checked out, the text message said our car would be ready in 15 mins, it took them 35 minutes to bring it around. While we were waiting 5 other people asked for their keys so they could just go to the garage and pick up their car theirselves. The only reason I didn’t do the same was when I asked he already had our keys in his hand. That experience almost ruined the whole stay. If they really cared about making this a good experience they would refund the $32 a night for the valet service.

Location was close to the night life on Beale Street and the rooftop bar was excellent. The room was nice and the cleaning staff was prompt and good.

Enjoyed a lm overnight stay in a clean room, with a very comfortable bed. Didn’t eat breakfast but heard it was good. Valet was convenient and prompt. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Nothing for me to dislike😊

on the 7th floor the room vibrates from the loud music from roof top bar. room smelled. every time the a/c would kick on, the system would make a loud rattling sound.

There were a few NBA teams that stayed there while we were there. That was a fantastic surprise, but the staff made us clear out of the breakfast area and lobby where there were couches, chairs and tables where were eating. They said they wanted the path clear for the team. However, they never came through the area as a team; just here and there. Therefore, they had us wait outside for the rest of our group. They had their own security and there was no reason for them to shoo us out of the breakfast area and lobby.

could use more staff. long wait times at the cafes during peak times, breakfast, bar was short handed during happy hour timeframe. Saturday evening was crowded and there wasn’t enough help. menus at both cafes were very limited.
