Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Excellent location, in leafy green Buckhead. Shops close by. A vibey rooftop bar with good drinks. Overall service was very good. We checked in at a crowded time. There was a mix-up with our room, but the hotel staff amended it very quickly and even gave us some complimentary credit. Clean, well lit rooms. Would stay there again.

United StatesThe parking rate was a little pricey, mainly because I'm a good tipper, and I was in and out of the hotel often. Saturday evening, upon my arrival, my self some friends and I decided to have a drink in the bar located on the main floor. The bartender was a lil moody because it appeared she was ready to go home for the evening, and she made a few drinks that some customers didn't like, so they sent the glasses back, and she stated she didn't want to serve them and refused to make the customers drinks again. The bartender didn't handle that situation very professionally.
The location was ideally located near the mall and other destinations I like to explore when I'm in Atlanta. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the service I experienced. I would stay again if needed.

United StatesThe staff of the hotel could've been a lot nicer. A lot was going on, and so they seemed distracted by things. They didn't speak until we spoke. We felt rushed by the valet staff to get our stuff out of the car.
The location was so ideal. We got to explore Lenox mall and do some shopping. The hotel aesthetics were beautiful! love the colors and design. Gave a luxury experience. I appreciated the different dining options and the menu was pretty great.

Everything was clean, modern style and new. The staff was great, especially Ari! The food in Spaceman was very good. Our room was so clean, I love the floors instead of ugly old carpet. The shower was perfect, hot water and great water pressure that doesn’t dry out your skin. I will stay here again.
