The one elevator didn't work sometimes . like a glitch it would just close n open instead of moving . its ok the one ft next to it works fine !

Noise above me, kids running/stomping on the floor. A little outdated but understand there are upgrades being done.

I like the kitchenette in the room and the full size refrigerator. I wasn't expecting that. I liked the walk in shower.

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was pubic hair in our shower. They were also weird about giving us towels. We stayed for a week and on our 3rd night we asked for clean towels but didn’t ask again until night 6. I was given 2 towels and when I asked for two more (there are 5 of us) I was told not to be greedy. When I told the front desk it was only our second time asking for towels I was given two more. The pool was also freezing cold.

The rooms are a nice size. The pull out couch is great when traveling with kids, and having a kitchen was a huge bonus. I also like that this property is pet friendly.

There were no large towels when we arrived. We had to ask twice to give us such. The canal under the shower was clogged. We asked for assistance - they came after 2 days. Cleaning the room - not every day. Changing the bed sheets - never (for 6 nights). House keeping staff - lazy.

Breakfast was fairly good first 2 days, then sausages disappeared.

I liked the staff and their helpfulness. The were prompt to get my bed changed immediately when I found it was little unclean. They were always smiling and receptive of my requests. The location is ideal from airport and very close to Woodfield mall which makes staying convenient.

We planned 3 days away to have some quality time together. The swimming pool is something we always look forward to but this time it was constantly invaded by screaming, yelling and hyperactive children, mostly WITHOUT parental control. We tried several times during the openings hours of the pool but without luck. AT ANY time the pool was crowed with those kids; In the morning, afternoon and even in the evening. So our only joy of the pool was Sunday morning at 07.00 A.M.. The peace lasted 20 minutes before the first kid entered... So we suggest (for the wellbeing of ALL hotel guests) to introduce an "Adult Only" timeslot every day. That could be for example 2 hours in the early evening or early morning... Another issue we had with the pool is that the pool- and the sauna rule number 1 is that you have to shower before entering. Well, surprise surprise. THERE IS NO SHOWER at all at the pool or sauna side... This time we had a relative small room. It was not clean, thick layers of dust on the windows, fridge and in the bathroom. And the bedlinen had some holes in it. So that was a bit of a deception.

We are regular visitors of this hotel because we love the "Queen Suite" with it's kitchenette, the location of the hotel, the friendly staff and the good breakfast. Also being able to park on the direct surroundings of the hotel is a big PLUS (no extra fee).

All is good here, clean, friendly staff, good amenities. The option with the kitchenette is great. Recommend.

I'm not a fan of carpet flooring in hallways but that's standard. Seems a little bit used up.

I specifically requested shower only no bathtub because I am disabled and it would be an issue. I got a bathtub anyways. Which barely drained and that was disgusting. The bathroom sink made super loud sound when hot water turned on.. The room was super small. After arrival people came in to clean out air conditioners and hose them out and so we had big hoses and wet floors and apparently they were told there would be nobody in that room which obviously I was. I told management and they did nothing EXTREMELY UNHAPPY

Pillows AMAZING, Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Kitchen Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, but once again staff was super awesome so I didn't mind.
